The tech in the store was able to fix my phone when other Metro shops not only couldn’t fix it but didn’t even want to. We were definitely impressed by his willingness to help.

I came in here expecting mediocre service, but Quan and his coworker were extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout my porting process.He explained the process and terms of service clearly, and even stayed a bit late after hours making sure I was set up.I'm really impressed by the service I received at this store, especially compared to other cell phone stores I've been to.Thanks so much!

the employee Melanie is extremely rude and prejudiced! I witnessed her being rude to a woman who didn't know how to speak the language properly and even took advantage of the woman to charge more expensive apps and services that the woman didn't ask for.
