I had to buy a rollator due to a car accident. The guy there was so polite and helpful. When, I asked for a petite sized one, since I’m only 5 feet even. He went straight to the smaller rollator’s they had and asked one question. Red or Purple? I went with purple and walked it home. Never been so happy with a purchase there! So happy I went back for a cup holder! Customer for life!

Rented a wheelchair for my grandmother for our recent stay in Santa Ana and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rental process was quick and easy, as was the return, and the price was great ?

I needed to rent a knee scooter for 1 week. Store was close to me and the price was right so I rented from them. The scooter was so poorly maintained that I bought it back before the week was over. The handle was very loose and without any way to tighten it I felt unsafe using it.

wonderful, helpful and friendly service from the sisters who are there every morning. They have come to my house to investigate a problem I was having with a chair. They conferred with the manufacturer right then & it was determined to replace the chair. Both times the delivered it & set it up just the way I wanted it. Very responsive. The guy I dealt with 1 time in the afternoon did not seem interested or knowledgeable - go in the morning!!

Great experience! Needed a wheelchair for a day and not only were they the lowest price but also had a great selection. Staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful.
