Be ware of this store. The store return policy is basically no return policy. You may get a store credit if you return in 7 days.Thankfully I was buying something I was 100% sure of but the salesperson told me if the unusual sales practice after she ran my card.Max Mara’s website’s policy, even though not great, allows returns in 14 days so this is just some exploitive store policy so try out the item but if not sure go buy it online.Ridiculous policy when even Chanel has a real return policy.

Bought a coat on sale for $2k, wanted to exchange for another item or a size, they told me after that it was a final sale - this place is a total scam! Nowhere was mentioned, not on the recite that you can not return or exchange expensive world known brand!Besides, the store is a franchise - they break USA regulations,the sales associate was rude on the phone trying to gaslight the entire situation.Watch for your money!!

I bought a pair of pants in this store last Saturday. A Chinese salesperson Rose told me that the pants were made of wool. But when I got home I saw that the material of the pants was polyester and they were on final sale. I was very unhappy and would never come back to this store again. Please be aware of this salesperson, it is very dishonest!!!!

BE AWARE!!1) Be sure to check the RETURN POLICY before spending your money.2) Stores and online shopping malls are completely different places. keep this in mind.3) The manager said it's made in Italy. But it's made in China.

I love Max Mara jackets and I enjoy a good independent perusal of clothing without people hovering over me. Unfortunately there's an older white lady here who for the second time that I've been in this store, has annoyingly pounced on me (right as I entered the store) almost to the point of harassment in a bid to try to get a saleswoman to try to sell me clothing. The Chinese saleswoman wasn't too terrible but it really is quite overbearing. It's like they can't let a customer breathe. I was hoping this second time would be better because there seemed to be more customers today that I could go unnoticed and just look around on my own. I know better now. Never coming back especially with that white lady there. She's overbearing and doesn't have boundaries.

I am not sure why this place has bad reviews. I got great service this past Saturday. I was helped by stylist, Patty Araujo. She is great and very friendly. She showed me different ways of wearing a beautiful pink coat, which I ended up purchasing.She even send it out for me to a taylor to do small adjustments. Amazing service!

Nicole is literally the best sales person I've encountered in a while. She picks out new sizes incredibly quickly, and she begins to know what style of outfits you appreciate as soon as you decide on one or two pieces of clothing. She truly is such a welcoming and unique individual, and she gives this brand such a great reputation.

During the 2020 Black Friday 30% sale, this store was a madhouse. There was this blond hair white lady (the sales manager?) who must have been on cocaine because she was the most hyperactive, intense, and enthusiastic salesperson I have ever encountered. She'd loudly proclaim each customer the cutest girl in the store and exclaim "omg I love your outfit!" indiscriminately at customers-- while occasionally leaning in close and pulling down her mask to do so. When she wasn't aggressively welcoming and complementing customers, her mask was always below her nose. I think she was the store manager because she was intensely herding and directing her entirely Chinese sales staff to ambush customers as soon as they walked through the door. This was done with such alacrity and enthusiasm that it was frightening. Our experience was so extreme that we bought a $1500 nonrefundable wool coat. They made a sale but it was a uniquely bizarre experience lol. Also, Pandemic safety precautions at this store are-in short- really bad.

If you're looking for a classic coat this is the place! I shopped with Patty and she helped me get the perfect teddy bear coat, sized to perfection. ( I would have bought the wrong size.) I can't wait to add another beautiful coat to my collection. The quality at Max Mara is unmatched and the customer service I received was stellar! I love this store and Patty has become a trusted stylist! She cares about her clients and wants to be sure they are always happy with their purchase. Plus she's just super fun to shop with!
