I'm sure it's a fine company if you don't have any issues, but it's been three months for them to credit back a wrong-sized bed frame that was never delivered. A refund of 129.29 dollar amount should take less time. I've spoken with Kevin, Mike, Kurtis, Kyle. They've all set it. It's being processed 7-9 days every time I've called....Do better.

Mattress Firm was great to me when I had a defect and sent them all the details. They gave me a credit and I purchased a more expensive one and had great customer care/service.

I had such a great purchasing experience from this store. Kurtis was a very knowledgeable and helpful sales person. He went over the different bed types and delivery options very thoroughly. My Nectar mattress was delivered to my door today in excellent condition by Tomas and Jorge. They were very fast and efficient and the mattress is perfect. Also, the holiday sale made this purchase much more affordable. Thank you!

I purchased a couple of beds from Mattress Firm in Costa Mesa. The order was paid in full on 8/31. The order was on Will Call and never shipped or scheduled for delivery. On Sept 3rd I contacted the office and requested my order be canceled and a full refund be issued. I talked to Stevie at 2:46pm and was advised my refund was processed in full and I would receive the money in 5-7 business days depending on my bank. September 14 I contacted the store again because no refund has been received and per Chase Bank none issued. I talked to Lethaniel at 11:47am he said his Manager, Monica and them had been discussing it and was told the refund was never issued they processed it that day and again another 5-7 business days depending on my bank. I told them that was unacceptable so he offered for me to call Monica who was working at another store that day. I called Monica, she was rude and accepted no responsibility for the error. She said I am just now hearing of this, I said your sales associate said you knew. She said I don't know what you want me to do aside from paying you out of my pocket accounting says it was refunded. She said I should call and yell at my bank not her. I disconnected the call. Yesterday, 9/21 Kurtis called me and said unfortunately, again the refund never got processed it did now as of yesterday to allow 1-2 Business days to complete "processing" then 5-7 days for your bank. This is the WORST service, this cost me my checking account with Chase and I had to spend $30 to fax proof to Chase this was not my error. Absolutely worst business and I had been a customer of Mattress Firm for years. NEVER Again! Do yourself a favor and avoid doing business here.

Kurtis gave use excellent service. Explained everything that was to offer with the purchase of our mattress. The web site was a great help. The online quiz helped to narrow down our selection. Trying out the mattresses was the biggest plus.

Kevin was so personal and nice. We never felt any pressure to purchase. He let us look around and answered our questions really good. We even left and checked other places but came back to this location because of the best deal and the really good good customer service we experienced at this location. He got us a great deal and will be back for future purchases for our kids beds. Thanks Kevin, youre awesome!

Kyle gave us the best advice and price we were looking for! A mattress budget friendly with everything we were looking for. After searching in sleepnumber, Costco, online, we were almost giving up and just buying a regular one from Costco! He even got us a good price for the mattress box! We are so happy and can’t wait to use it!

Kevin was great. Took his time to explain the different mattresses and allowed me plenty of time during the decision making process to test them out. He was informative and didn’t make me feel like he was selling me anything. 10/10 would recommend going to him for your mattress needs.

Went to three different places and they had the best prices. Polite and knowledgeable. They also give military discount.UPDATE: EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE - the integrity of the mattress we chose did not hold up 5 months later. Filed a claim on Mattress Firm website. Got a response within 24 hours. After their quick review, they agreed and issued credit for exchange. No hassle whatsoever!
