Poor customer service. Plz train your staff on some manners. Coming to the store and having the staff just standing as statues and not able to have some courtesy for greeting is not a place you want to shop!

Horrible customer service. I walked in the store looking for some shirts. The lady working there takes the shirts off of my hands and rushes me to try them on. As I am trying them on, she continues to check on me because she wants me to hurry up and leave the fitting room. Keep in mind I couldn’t just pull the shirts over my head because they had to be unbuttoned. I do my best to hurry, but you shouldn’t be rushing the customer who wants to buy clothes. Plus, there were barely any customers in the store. When I move to the cashier the lady proceeds to have a nasty attitude and rolls her eyes. The whole experience was unprofessional. I felt like I was in a flee market being rushed by an impatient store clerk.

I’d give zero star if I could. My friend and I went to south coast plaza store for dress hunting today and experienced one of the most horrible customer service I’ve ever seenThere were two staff members and they were both judgmental and have no intention to help. I understand we walked in the store rather late (15 mins before closing), and the staff have to prepare to close. But when inquiring about sizes or try on, the staff member simply said: we don’t have your size (as in you’re too big to fit in anything when my friend wears a normal size 6 or 8) and we are closing so you can’t try on. They could’ve said they were closing and can’t let us in the store, but they chose to give attitude and body shame a customer. Will never shop at this store ever again!
