Poor customer service. The Indian staff likes to argue. I won't do business with them again. And their cost for a live scan cost more than the other places I called. They're transaction type of setting.

This is a great facility which offers a plethora of services to Newport Beach and Costa Mesa locals. Conveniently located on 17th St, Mail to Go is my go to store for sending out packages with plenty of options to choose from. Raj is always so sweet and attentive as she explains all the different shipping options available to you. Skip the post office next time you need easy and reliable service!

I've been coming here for years! Raj, the owner, as well as her husband are absolutely fantastic. They have helped me and my family with numerous shipping and notary needs. I have complete trust in their excellent customer service and professionalism. In one case, my mother was in the hospital, unable to get to a notary for a transaction and they came to her! I also had 13 Royal Doulton "Soldiers of the Revolution" figurines sent to an auction house in Florida from their location in California. All 13 figurines were received in perfect condition without a single chip! The auction house told me that they had NEVER seen a better packing job. I highly recommend them!!!

I pulled up to the front of this store at 6:29pm and was in the act of getting out of my vehicle, steps away from the door. The employee at the counter saw me with a package to drop off and quickly walked over to the door and locked it, then scurried away, just as I walked up. When I knocked on the door he just shrugged and said sorry we are closed at 6:30. The complete lack of interest in service on a transaction that should of happened and would of taken one minute to hand a package to him was shocking. Sadly this isn't my first experience with lack of service at this location!! I HIGHLY recommend using ANY other UPS store than this one. Their lack of interest in service or customer care is just tiring. Send your business to people who actually care.
