I definitely have to give a shout out to Sammy the gentleman that sold us our furniture, wrapped our furniture and also brought it downstairs and put it in our vehicle, Danielle was also helping him a little bit. Just a shame there’s not enough employees to help out someone.

Just wanted to say that I’ve had the best experience shopping here. Specifically was purchasing jean jackets for bridesmaids and Jenny Dennison (a sales associate in the women’s department) helped me undo the buttons on a couple of the jackets that were stuck, so I can try them on. She was a huge help and also helped me gather the small sizes. She gave me a customer survey sheet to fill out. Unfortunately the QR code isn’t great quality and my phone could not get to the survey link. So I’m hoping this review can get her some points.

We came here to shop for a good chair primarily because we wanted to touch the physical furniture, sit on it to check out the comfort level, assess its sturdiness, feel the fabric texture, and see the actual color, things we can't do shopping online. Macy's Home is an established, reputable store so we are confident of its merchandise offerings. We appreciated the patient assistance from Hatem Elhatem, the furniture consultant on the floor. His deep product knowledge and clear explanations helped us make our decision to complete a satisfactory purchase of a high quality Bernhardt chair at a reasonable price.

Lots of updated furniture to see on their floor. Every sales person is very professional and have the patience to explain every question you may have regarding their furniture. Macy’s doesn’t have delivery service if you purchase a floor sample but they recommend WhiteGlove Delivery Company. We used WhiteGlove and they are very professional, they take care of your furniture and their prices are very reasonable.

I had a terrible experience with Macy's home store. Purchased a sofa and the fabric stretches every time you sit on it. I called, they sent a man out and he said to turn the cushions over. Ridiculous! I continued to complain and they sent another sofa. Same thing! So whenever anyone sits on the sofa I have to try and stretch the fabric back to its original form with my hands. I've had many sofa's in my life but never one like this! 12/30/23

Ordered a airloom hotel mattress, very expensive! Received a damaged one with only 6 hand tufts on the top suppose to be 9, had macys replace. This is the third delivery and all beds were damaged. Driver wouldn't even unload. This is shocking macys does not do a white glove Delivery they sub contract it out bed is miss handled, and damaged. Don't buy a mattress from here unless you want a complete headache! Shame on you Macy's!!!!

We bought several big items from Macy's and none of them was delivered to our expectations. First, one piece of the sectional was either used or a display item. It was obviously used, discolored and old but Macy's is not honest and they didn't hesitate to deliver it although they charged for a new furniture. After a lot of struggle they refund for that piece. Now we have a sectional with portion of it older. Then the mattress, it was already out of stock (of course they didn't mentioned before we did all the paper work) and right when delivery date approaches they delayed it again. I don't know if it is Macy's or Tempurpedic that charges 3x more for a mattress and doesn't even stock it. I now wonder if they give us a used one again. And the pillow rebate that is supposed to be sent in 4-6 weeks? It has been two months, no words for it. I still need to deal with Macy's not so pleasant, probably overseas customer support.Basically if you have a lot money, time, and patience, you want to struggle to acquire things that you already (over)paid for go for it in Macy's. Otherwise go to a proper furniture company.

I bought a sectiniol sofa from Macy's Home 2 weeks ago and it was obviously partially used and deformed. It was very dirty, its stitch seams yere discolored from dirt, its feet were damaged. I immediately called customer service and explained the situation.They came home and accepted that the seat was used and said they would exchange it. They said they would call for it but they never did. I had to keep chasing. In the end, they said that this seat is discontunie and that they cannot exchange it.It was a very bad experience with Macy’s Home. I will never buy anything from Macy’s Home South Coast.

Had amazing customer service by Mahdi Bakhshi, he was able to assist us with out WORRYNOMORE voucher and even helped us carry the chairs out to the car. Quick and friendly service, highly recommend!
