Offered the best customer service! Even drove me a couple blocks to my home because I had to drop my car off to get serviced. Very honest and upfront which I appreciate. I come here for all my oil changes and car needs!

Macs Auto Care is the auto repair shop I have been using for some time now. I have always been treated fairly and they always have my car ready the same day. They have performed numerous repairs for my Honda, including replacing my Radiator, installation of all struts, wheel alignment, etc. Larry has been fair. I've never had to take my car back for any faulty work I highly recommend this repair shop for all your service needs!!!

They're great all around normally don't get warranty but did on my alignment and they do t make you feel bad for using it and were quick with the repair and I appreciate that very much hard to find good places these days but this is the exception I recommend them for any car repair

Knew I needed an alignment when I saw the uneven wear on my tires. Found Macs auto on Groupon. Life got busy and I was unable to get alignment done before it expired. I called Macs hoping for a small charge for accepting expired voucher and was so happy when they told me they would accept it with no additional fees. Alignment was scheduled within a week. Now the part every woman dreads.... Going to a mechanic and being dismissed, unnecessarily upsold, made to feel stupid, or just taken advantage of. None of that happened at Macs!! I was asked a few questions when I arrived for my appointment and they listened to my answers! I was told it usually takes 30-60 minutes to do the work. I sat in the waiting area anxious about what other problems would be found with my over 20 year old vehicle. After 45 minutes they asked me to mark my Groupon redeemed and explained which of my wheels was out of alignment and that all my wheels were now perfectly aligned. I was handed my key and told to have a nice day. Fast and easy! Felt great and very relieved as I drove home. Macs auto will be my go to shop for alignments and the place I will tell my friends about. Thank you

I wasted my time (1 1/2 hours) at Mac's Auto Care getting an alignment for my vehicle. Do NOT come here for an alignment, or send any of your friends/family members to this shop. They will try to take advantage of you or anyone unknowing. The shop tried to do the typical "Oh, this is bad, so you need to buy this to fix it." After dropping off my vehicle, I waited an hour before they tried claiming that because my tires were slightly worn, they could not do an alignment on the vehicle. Thus, they recommended purchasing new tires through them. Please do not interpret this as me being ignorant that my tires were worn and that the shop is right. They are taking advantage of people who do not know that you can still get an alignment despite your tires being worn. They can be completely bald, and you can still get a good alignment. My tires have a depth of 6/32, which are still new. Afterward, they tried shilling me on new tires with an overpriced quote. I am very aware of shady business practices in the automotive industry, so I do not care as much since I am not naive. Their attempt at lying straight to my face is seemingly common practice with budget/cheap shops. I am more so concerned about the innocent person that does not know, such as an innocent mom/grandma/etc, since they put trust into the shops that they visit as they should.

If you’re looking for an alignment. Look elsewhere!Had an alignment done here and was told the rear suspension was not adjustable. Prior to taking it in, my alignment was within spec in both front and rear. Took my vehicle to another shop and was immediately informed the rear suspension needed shims. The fact that this shop did an alignment and returned it to me worse than it was before taking it in is unacceptable.

Picked my car up tonight after needing air suspension repair. These guys are sincerely the absolute best at what they're hey do!! If you're looking for a very knowledgeable, HONEST and extremely competitively priced. Need work go to Macs, I assure you that you'll be writing a review just like this one!!!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I brought my car here to get service. Car was there for about 3 days had a check engine light and said they had found the issue. They had called me car was ready and once I made a turn out of the shop the check engine light turned back on and called them immediately, but all tech told me it would go away once I drove it a few miles. It never did and didn't want to fix it anymore and cost was 850. Had to take it in to toyota and they found the issue right away. Screw this place they just like jacking peoples money.

Very rude employees. Larry said my truck would fit for an alignment and when I got there one of the employees greeted me with "That's too big". He followed it up with "I know it's too big but I'm going to show you anyway." And then began telling me what type of vehicle I have: "That's an F-250. That's a diesel. That's a 6.7 powerstroke." Yes, I know what I own. Yes, I'm a woman and I know that I purchased a large diesel truck, I don't need a man telling me what kind of truck I own. It would've been a much better experience if he had just said: "Hey, thanks so much for coming in today. I understand you're here for an alignment. I'm not sure yet, but I'm worried your truck is larger than we can handle here but let me double check for you." Wouldn't have been difficult and I would've left disappointed but understanding and willing to recommend this shop to people with smaller vehicles. Instead, I left p*ssed off and telling everyone I know to avoid this shop, especially women. I do want to give credit where credit is due though, Larry is very nice. He was apologetic for his employee's behavior, and offered a solution for me elsewhere. Unfortunately, his employee stained by opinion of these guys.

Writing an updated review just to say THANK YOU again to everyone at Mac's. Every single person there is kind and helpful; and every single time I interact with them, its a superb experience. Mac's has been my go-to for everything from oil changes to tire rotations for years, and every experience is a reminder why there's no reason to go anywhere else. Great pricing, honest people, excellent service! A+ to Aaron today and yesterday, im grateful for you all!

Came in with a new front hood latch and needed it swapped in for the busted one. Hood was stuck shut. These guys turned it around in under an hour for 1/3 what Pep Boys & AutoZone quoted me. Very pleasant people and the shop had a comfortable area to sit while I waited.

This review is overdue I wanted to share many thanks to this shop for their customer service and the way they remedied a personal matter that was handled seamlessly. THANK YOU Aaron and Jorge for the accommodations and kindness toward me. I first learned about this shop last year from their great Groupon offer. I came in for an alignment; ended up needing to return because it still felt off and both times my car was checked/corrected without issue. I definitely recommend and will be returning as needed.
