Update: I had an appointment with Lily on Friday October 25th and she was awesome! So talented. She did my lashes and a smoky eye and I got so many compliments. I also bought some great products from Mac. So glad Mac is making a comeback.
I wanted to share my great experience I had with Kylah at this location. I walked in late to my lash and line appointment on 05/19 - but she still helped me. She was alone - but she did my eye makeup and managed all the customers in the store smoothly. My makeup looked amazing. She was so patient and talented. I got so many compliments at the wedding I went to and I ended up learning about some new products from her. MAC at SCP is lucky to have her.

The people working there not accept refund with out sample gift. He asking for the sample he gave it to me with my purchase.
I take it to other store at Santa Ana and they return it for me.

Went yesterday and Kylah helped me!! She was so patient, sweet, helpful and kind. The other staff were also fun and helpful but I didn’t get their names!

I am so glad I went to this MAC over any other MAC along the coast from Santa Barbara to here! The ladies here are phenomenal! I wish I lived closer to here and I would be here a lot! Customer service, product knowledge and tips were excellent!

Incredibly unhelpful staff and they just make excuses instead of actually helping.I brought in a MAC lipstick to match a lipgloss and the worker didn't even look at the shade before telling me they were out of the matching shade

I recently made a 15 minute glam appointment to have my eye and lips done for a holiday party. This was the worst make application experience I have experienced. Olivia (red curly hair), was the make up artist, I showed her a picture of what I wanted, explained I typically like more of a natural look. Once I saw my eyeshadow it looked like I had bruises on my eyes, then she proceeded to apply this cheap looking glitter. This look nothing like the picture. I took off the eye shadow asked for something simple, top eyeliner, when I tell you it was rough it was rough. Olivia did a thick unflattering wing application of eyeliner and when I asked for more natural. She got noticably fustrated, rushed through doing my make up , was heavy handed with the brush application and to top it off she had horrible customer service passive aggressive attitude! She applied false lashes which were unevenly applied. I literally came back home had to re- do my makeup and take off the uneven lashes. I left so unhappy and still spent 45 bucks because she spent the time doing the make up. I will never go back there and stick to Nordstrom's Lancôme YSL and Chanel! The one star is for the other two girls that were genuinely kind and welcoming!

I had a good experience this visit. Liz was amazing and helped me with my shopping. Very pleasant and a professional young lady, helped and recommended me some products I've never used before and I was amazed as how it was applied on my skin. She needs a raise and I hope she gets recognized for her talent. I will be returning back in hopes that liz helps me again.

I will never go back there nor suggest this MAC store to anyone and stick to Nordstrom's Lancôme YSL and Chanel! Olivia- next time a customer is providing feedback of what they want do not get combative, or rude but listen and if you are not equipped ask for help! Humility and receptiveness goes along way. The one star is for the other two girls that were genuinely kind and welcoming.

Service was exceptional! Kyla is a total package, kind, helpful and patient! She helped us pick makeup for a bride to be, had amazing suggestions and put up with flying inputs of three woman all centered on the love of our bride to be. If you are in need of someone to guide, suggest and apply makeup for any day hands down this lady is who you want to see. Thank you for making this such a great fun girls out morning for us Kyla!

Since I rarely wear make-up I'm so glad I came here to get help choosing colors for my daughter. Kyla was so helpful and kind! She was super nice and showed my daughter how to apply lashes. Would come here again!!!

Took my daughter here for make up for homecoming and everyone in there was so lovely! The manager helped her and showed her how to do her make up and listened to her vision. I'd definitely return and she loves the products we purchased!

I have been a MAC girl for many years - so it's really difficult for me to go to the MAC store and just walk out with the items I originally went in for.Today I went in for just foundation, and was helped by Ximena. Well, the colors she had on her eyes was just SO BEAUTIFUL! So of course I had to ask her about the colors she was wearing. She showed me the products she used including the awesome pigment glitter (and I think that's where she sold me! I love sparkle!)She was even kind enough to offer to show me how to apply the colors, so I took her up on her offer.Even though she was having to also help guests as they came in the shop, she was still able to provide me with outstanding customer service with a smile! When the salesperson is this sweet, you don't mind waiting for them.Well, needless to say, I loved the colors she showed me and bought them all!Thanks Ximena for your assistance! I really appreciate you taking the time to go the extra mile, rather than just dismissing me because you were too busy. I will definitely come back for your assistance the next time I need something!
