I felt really racially profiled in here (as an Asian woman visiting from NYC). Our black SA clearly had no interest in helping us and barely showed me 2 wallets today after I asked for help. She suggested I “continue thinking about it” and rushed to help a blonde white woman. Shame on you, LV. I’ve been a customer for 15+ years. Your foreign counterparts far surpass this OC location who only chases the white, blonde, thin, pantsuit wearing females. Another thing that annoyed us was that we were told to get on the waitlist to be served and waited over 30 mins, however most white women had excess SAs rushing over to help (nobody helped us!)

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. The very first time I walked in (2nd floor women’s) I was greeted and helped by a kind lady (don’t remember her name) where I tried the fragrance “Pacific Chill”. I sprayed my wrists and shirt a couple of times. She suggested I take a picture of the perfume so I wouldn’t forget the name should I decide to come back and purchase (which I did). The scent lasted on my shirt for 3 days, even after washing! Fast forward to a week ago, my fiancé decided to bring me back and purchase it as my Christmas gift. This time I was assisted by Honey. Very nice, said she would run to the back and box up a new one for me. Came back with a wrapped perfume inside of a bigger LV bag. When I got home, I excitedly opened my perfume which, to my surprise, the box had dings and dents all over it. I didn’t make it a big dead because I figured I would be wearing the perfume not the box. Well, let me say, I’ve worn it twice now. The scent COMPLETELY vanishes within 2hrs as if I never sprayed anything! I told my fiancé for us to come back and get his money back! $350 (with taxes) is not worth a fragrance that only lasts for 1hr. When I walked in (today) with the perfume and receipt in hand? I was NOT greeted. On the contrary, I had to go up to a gentleman asking where I can make a return. Which in turn turned me away to a different lady (tall, pregnant). She said she would get someone and walked away to assist other customers. After waiting 20 MINUTES for help, I walked up to a different lady asking if I can PLEASE get assistance which in turn tells me I cannot return any fragrance because that is in their policy. I politely took my receipt out and asked if she can show me where it says that (because it mentions NOTHING about fragrances). She then made a face and said she would get her manager. After a few minutes, I encountered Lyndsey who asked where the film (plastic wrap) was. And I said I tossed it. I never planned to return such fragrance that I had fallen in love with! She argued and said they couldn’t return my money but can exchange for a different one OR give me store credit. What can I possibly buy with $350 at LV!? She argued that because the film was ripped off, I couldn’t get a refund. She then went off to say she would have Honey come talk to me. After Honey declined, she came back and said those were the only options she was “approved” to accommodate me with. I then called customer service and although they were not able to assist me because it was an in store purchase, they would definitely escalate reevaluating their policy because (like I said) the policy mentions nothing about not returning fragrances.

Mariah Cruz is the kindness person I have ever met at any luxury store. She went above and beyond to search for the item that I was looking for! She was so friendly and helpful! She really is a gem. She made us feel so special. Thank you so much again for all of your help!

Been coming here for years Purchase a bag for wife She doesn't want it she wants another color go three days later to exchange it for another bag One sales rep helps she's great another sales rep comes to see what's going on she doesn't like that we have a return she roles here eyes and make face expressions in front of the client that was the worst Bad attitude not classy at all I would never go back here again Manager advised of this incident Will never go back

First time purchasing here. I walked into the store and bought a pocket organizer as a gift. Got the hot stamping option and was told it would be shipped to my address. The next day I get a text saying it’s ready for pick up.I call customer service and no one could find my order number or email/phone number associated with the order which I gave to the cashier Troy. I was told someone will call me in the next day to confirm. No one called. I called again the next day and was told the same.Having no idea where my item was I waited 4 days and it shows up. The item arrived with the wrong letters.Called customer service and was told to go into the store and speak to a manager.

We went to buy a bag for my Aunt's birthday and the woman that helped us was the manager, it was not the most pleasant experience she was a bit on the condescending side to say the least. She was polite to us because it was a job but you can tell that she did not like her job. This was the first time we went to THIS Louis Vuitton store, we usually go to the one in Beverly hills where they provide far superior customer service. I would NOT go back to the store.

I had a strange experience with the repair team. I brought in a purse for my mom to have it repaired. I talked to one woman and she looked at it and then looked to her coworker who shook her head and walked away. The other woman said "this was repaired with materials inconsistent with our products". I asked for her to elaborate because I didn't know what that meant and she repeated herself. Then they whispered to each other. I told them I needed more info and then they just stared at me. I asked if they meant that it was fake and she said I can't say that. So if it was repairs by someone was it real before the repair?The whole experience was odd and exclusive. Just say it's fake or use the words. We won't fix this for you and I'll be one my way. We are adults. Use your words!

If you take "ANY" of your LV products in for repair at the store, please look the paperwork prior to signing to see what they are documenting. I purchased LV eye glasses on 9-6-23 at the Men's LV store and realized at home one of the arms were bent. But I got the prescription filled in them anyway and thought it would be an easy fix for LV. So I took them in yesterday 9-18-23 at long story short they couldn't fully fix the bent arm. So when I said I'll just take them back to get another pair, they said the arms had scratches and they marked it on the paperwork I signed. Those glasses were less than 11 days old and had ZERO scratches. Plus, the sales lady literally put the paperwork in my face and for me to sign in order to leave the glasses because I wanted have lunch in the mall. But the tech worked on the glasses and bent the arms prior to me signing. So how do I know they didn't scratch the glasses working on them. So after an almost heated discussion about questioning my integrity, and giving me issues on defected glasses I purchased less than two weeks, the manager Marquise was nice, and professional enough to give me store credit to get me another new pair... But the lady tech lied on the paperwork saying they were damaged when she didn't even inspect them. She immediately gave them to the tech to work on and those pictures they tried to show me of the damage were taken after they worked on them. MAJOR INTEGRITY ISSUES.. DO NOT HAVE THEM WORK ON ANY OF YOUR ITEMS UNTIL YOU THOROUGHLY INSPECT THE ITEM AND FULLY LOOK AT WHAT THEY ARE DOCUMENTING AS DAMAGE... Lesson learned!! But I love my new set of glasses and thank you to Marquise for not making my purchase a regret.. and if LV wants to review camera footage, this occurred 9-18-23, between 1:20pm to 1:30 pm where the liar associate takes my glasses, gives them to the tech to work on them and then takes them to the back for further repair. Prior to me leaving for lunch, that's when I sign paperwork and my glasses were already in the back. There was no inspection. Camera footage doesn't lie!!!

Sent my daughter to Costa Mesa location to buy perfume for her grandmother’s 80 th birthday . No one would help her!!! They helped each person around her completely ignoring her.

I purchase three sneaker from LV Store online. However other two color in blue is not stain to my wife and my daughter sock. But my sneaker in red is stain to my sock . I took the shoe to them for examine and they come back to me with the answers that because my feet is moisture the inside of my sneaker and causingthe red color to stain into my socks. I was laugh at them and let them know that they are joking and provide me with the running round response . Therefore I will not purchase any LV product again because their product is not quality and durable .

Great experience here. Sales staff are nice. Went in to look for a cross body bag and found the perfect one. Alejandra was super friendly and very helpful. I originally was going to get a gray canvas one but she showed me this pure black leather one from the back and it was perfect. Thank you Alejandra!

Location: Stand alone women’s- Visited this location for the first time after a morning at Disneyland with my 9 year old. Surprisingly we were warmly welcomed by everyone we passed. The store was busy but it only took 1 minute to get a SA to help us. It was quick and easy to get a bottle of perfume as a Mother’s Day gift from my husband as well as get it engraved and add gold foil! Thank you to Breanna for the amazing customer service. Plenty of lounge space for bored children and spouses to wait for you ? We will definitely be back to this location!Returned on 7/25 and purchased sunglasses. Tara was amazing!Returned on 8/27 to the Men’s location where Tara is based out of. I purchased the Trip Messenger and initially going in for a Double Zip Pochette. Tara is absolutely amazing and so attentive! I’m happy to now have a SA who is a great communicator and so helpful!

Amazing experience here. The sales associate I worked with was very helpful. They are limiting the number of people in the store which was nice. I was looking for a purse that has been sold out for close to a year. I was finally given information that they had it in stock! When I arrived to pick it up, he had it ready for me. Highly recommend this store!

Buyer beware! Louis Vuitton’s quality has become subpar! I purchased a $4000.00 bag September of 2022 and the woven leather handle held together by 1thread snapped out off out of nowhere. The sales lady drags you upstairs so nobody sees your complaints. This problem was a design flaw obviously that will persist but you have zero options to exchange. Basically you’re stuck with fragile workmanship. Being talked down to is inexcusable which happened throughout my experience. I was told that my purse was intended to be used only in a rotational way. I don’t know how wildly rich live but I thought I was buying quality that could hold up to an everyday use! Ladies and gentlemen don’t waste your hard earned money on this brand! There are many other high quality brands to choose from. The Louis Vuitton name is all it has and no character!
