We were very very happy today with the experiences in LV South Coast Plaza P.J, Riri were so talented, attentive, and amazing !!! PJ helped me with my bandeau for the Capucine and Riri helped me with the Alma BB Both were so so beautiful They both took their times, tried their best to make it look the best. I loved how after they tied it, they untied it and said "Ugh I can make it look better" then they tied it again, they adjusted the bandeau so many times until they think it is perfect I'm so so so happy Yasmine and Roudy were so cute and attentive. They were there to hold the handle the whole time so Riri can tie it.

You better be dressed up when you go into this store. I wore ripped jeans, a shirt, and a hat, ready to buy a purse. The hostess took my name at the entrance and had me go in. Two women clearly saw me waiting to be helped, made eye contact with me, but one of them went to someone who had arrived after me and the other one went into their storage area. No one else acknowledged me nor asked if I had been helped even though I walked up to the counter a few times. I went back to the hostess and asked what their system was. She said she had entered my name along with a "description of what I was wearing" and someone would come help me because I was second in their queue. I spoke firmly and the hostess had the audacity to tell me not to "yell" at her. I raised my voice a touch and told her "now this would be yelling" and asked to see the manager, who was finalizing a transaction with someone else. At that point, another rep came over asking if I had been helped. I told her I was waiting for the manager. When she was finished, I told her about the incident and how her sales people were ignoring me for the way I was dressed. She immediately said they do not profile people for the way they are dressed and went on to say that even though the hostess takes our names down at the entrance, only a few can actually see the list. I mean, what's the point of taking our names then? I told her I hope that she as manager trains her staff to approach us, welcome us, and ask us if we have been helped. I walked out empty handed and will never go back to this LV store. What a shame.

Finally found an LV store with decent staff. Upon arrival there were only two attendants who were busy with customers. There were two other people waiting to be helped, but the LV employees did not seem to rush the purchases to help those of us waiting. I was helped by someone who came in from the back and the transaction was quick.

This is my “go to” store. Purchased another bag today? friendly and accommodating staff, my favorite SA (Galina) was not in today. But I let her know I bought the bag. Over all experience with this store is great??

Recently bought something and noticed after 2 days it was peeling. It was minor but what I bought was also brand new and unused so I naturally took it back to the store. I showed the employees and asked to exchange it since again it was BRAND NEW. They said I was unable to exchange my item and told me there is nothing they can do about it. Don't come here and waste ur money. You can find a better location or brand to spend your money on.

LV knows how to create an atmosphere worth paying for... and staffing is tantamount. Kyae is super conscientious and makes sure I'm apprised of pop-ups, special events, and even unique pieces when available. Kai also ensures his staff takes care of clients extending and developing the sale into relationships... can't wait for the men's store to open September 1st!

I placed an order online for a purse that was hard to find in stock at the time for pick up in store. My husband went to pick it up for me when it arrived. Since he had been working from home he was dressed casually but still acceptable not messy at all. We also followed the instructions in the email that if I send someone else to pick up my item they need to bring my credit card and ID with them. When my husband got to the store, the sales associates (or client advisor)judged him right away as someone who didn't belong. No one would help him. When he asked to pick up my order they wouldn't give it to him even though he had my ID and credit card like the instructions said in the email. He left the store upset and called me. I told him to march back in there and demand it, and ask for the manager and the name of the sales associate who refused to help him. The sales associates started making excuses and saying they're just trying to do their job and were also reluctant to give that other associates' name to my husband . Soon after,Emily, the associate who told him he couldn't have the bag came rushing over with my order. I'm not even sure if that's her real name because her friends, the other associates wanted to cover for her. She never even looked at my ID or credit card per instructions just gave it to my husband, further proving that she initially profiled and discriminated against him. We ended up not filing a complaint because I was happy with my bag and it was not worth it trying to get someone fired or in trouble. Hopefully, that was a lesson for her not to Judge and discriminate against people.

Staff are very helpful! This store has 2 branches inside the south coast plaza, one is inside bloomingdales and the other one is located on the 2nd floor.
