Went in inquiring about a car, was rudely confronted with the receptionist that informed us that they didn't have what we were looking. So we asked if we could look around, great dandy. Went up to ask her again when they would be expecting said car and she rudely said something along the lines of well I don't know. So I went to ask if we could be put on a wait-list and she completely disregarded me for someone else that was behind me and didn't ever care to give another glance at me. Also, if the customer service wasn't unprofessional enough for you, she was also wearing a crop top. I don't think any of these events were appropriate for a supposedly high end dealership.

Eurocar/Lotus of Orange County in Costa Mesa is the only official Lotus dealer in Orange County and replaced the old Lotus dealer in Newport Beach (Lotus/Rolls-Royce of Newport Beach). Any previous reviews on this page are for the old business and should be removed. I had a moderate amount of work done on my car last year at this location and was happy with the result - they were able to diagnose a leaky A/C pipe which was a problem for almost the entire life of the vehicle. The funny thing is, I didn't even have to tell them about it, they found it themselves. Previously, I had specifically asked different independent mechanics to search for the leak and they were unable to find it. You aren't getting the cheapest oil change in town, and if you are willing to travel, you can get cheaper service at independent shops. But, one thing is for sure, your vehicle will not be respected to the degree that it is here. Ryan Santos worked with me and kept me up-to-date throughout the repair process. Junior Diaz (Ryan's boss) also was very informative and made sure my visit went smooth. The sales area is fun to walk around in, and they provide free beverages for the customers. The entire lot has ample space so you don't have to worry about squeezing your car in when you park it. When I went to pick up my car, it was exceptionally clean, inside and out. There's less a sense of things being rushed here, and that's comforting when you want the best in quality service for your vehicle.

Stay away from Lotus (Rolls-Royce) of Orange County. When I called and left a message for their service writer (Freddy), I was totally blown off; so I showed up to the dealership in person and I was told I'm no uncertain terms they didn't want the business. Freddy said he only has one tech that works on Lotuses and he "doesn't really like working on them." They said I should call the dealership in West Covina as they "like dealing with Lotus enthusiasts." After the way I was spoken to, I will never go back there again. 👎
