Great service. Nice gifts. But beware - the maps navigation takes you somewhere completely wrong. It's at the bottom level of Bloomingdale's. Just find Bloomingdale's on the map apps.

I am a collector of Liuli Crystal Art because of the meaning of each piece and also because each piece is a beautiful creation. Catharina has helped me with each purchase and keeps me posted of every new piece that is created. My favorite is the elegant Bull centerpiece my husband bought me as my first of my Liuli collection. It projects strength and courage, with tenderness demonstrated by the flowers on its back. Thanks Catharina for knowing which pieces I will want, and for always remembering me when my choice is created!

It's a beautiful store that feels like an art exhibit. I've been here several times to admire their works. In the early days of the shop, one of the saleswomen was really nice, gave me a brochure, and even showed me the pieces. Lately the clerks only greet us once and then ignore us when they see we're not potential big buyers.

Perfect place to get someone who has everything. My parents are extremely hard to shop for but they love crystal art and the customer service was very kind and helpful. They helped me pick the best things and wrapped each one gently and carefully. Definitely recommend.

Kinda expensive fo the mold injected glass. I have been to a glass factory in Venice that molds sculptures by hand that were cheaper.
