So far so good! Life storage at Pullman looks clean, organized and secure. Safak was super helpful showing us the different storage sizes they had available, great attitude and great communication. He understood what I needed and gave his best recommendation accordingly. Answered all my questions and concerns. Overall great 1st time experience.

Price, location, convenience, cleanliness...these items and more are all easily 5 stars. But I found the employees themselves to be the best reason to conduct business at this location. Everyone was so helpful and thoughtful and communicative.They are genuine, honest human beings and I even developed a friendship with Safak while I spent time there on my move out day, waiting for my movers to come. I ended up talking motorcycles, traveling, and everything in between.Great place!

Life Storage, aka Extra Space Storage, on Pullman Street in Costa Mesa, provides exceptional customer service. Julianne, the site manager, showed remarkable professionalism by finding a solution that encouraged us to stay when we faced issues with the site expansion. Julianne and her assistant manager, Safak, always prioritize their customer's needs and go above and beyond to resolve any issues. If you're looking for a storage facility that values customer service, I highly recommend Julianne and her team at this site.

Julianne? is just so professional and courteous. I have been to Various different storage facilities. And I have decided to remain long term at This Life storage location in Costa Mesa. Due to great customer service, clean well maintained units and If that word enough they even have really good competitive rates that can't be beat. They don'tBlock you from getting any more deals just because you're already an existing customer and i've NEVER seen that in ANY other storage facility. Life Storage I can honestly say is the very best storage facility I have been to yet.??. .
