This morning I stopped by to check the transmission in my '84 Monte Carlo SS. Brent helped me right away and lifted the car up. I found out that my mechanic had been dishonest and told me it was a TH250 to get more business. I had been feeling confused for a couple of weeks because I thought I had bought a matching number car, and I had sent a 200-4r to get rebuilt to put on. Something didn't feel right. Well, I found out that I do have a TH350c and that I wasted money. Thank you, Brent, for taking the time and giving me peace of mind.
IDK what Brent did, but the gears are shifting smoothly lol.

My 2017 Explorer transmission suddenly went south when my wife was driving it. On my way to rescue her, I called Brent. He entertained all my questions and what-ifs, so I knew what to check once I got there. As suspected, I determined it was a transmission problem, so I had it towed to Leon's. The problem ended up being an electrical connection, but it was very difficult to track down, but he got it done. Whereas the dealership would have insisted on replacing the entire wiring harness for thousands of dollars, Brent wired up a bypass that works great, and looks like a factory connection, but for alot less $. Thanks Brent.

Actually took my clutch in thinking it needed replacing. They tested it and said it was good for now; no need to replace. Gotta love that kind of honesty. I'll be back.

BRENT and SHANNON are VERY honest and caring! Finding trustworthy people are very hard to find nowadays....I can't thank you both enough for your professionalism and by just being extremely honest. I have a Lexus GS300 am I transmission started acting strange. (Can't go past the 3rd gear.) I had a friend scan the codes and I had a local mechanic take a look at it. He told me to go get it read by professionals. I went to Lexus dealership they didn't even really take a look at it they just automatically said I need a new transmission. Also keep in mind I gave him a couple hundred dollars for them to tell me that they don't fix Transmissions they just put new rebuilt ones in. I took my vehicle to Brent's shop, he didn't even make me pay the original estimate fee to take a look at the car. He let me know the truth he did not charge me $1, and because he was so honest he will be the one that will work on my vehicle. Plus Leon's Transmissions have a much better warranty than an actual Lexus dealership! Brent thank you for your honesty and Shannon thank you for your hospitality! I'm dropping my car off on Tuesday thank you.

Horrendous customer service. Called in get an estimate gave them my make and model. Appointment was set. I arrived at the appointment and they stated they had to order my part. And to reschedule next week. Later, an older gentleman came out and told me they have no clue how to get my park and told me to go back to the dealer. This place is a joke. Don't trust your high end vehicles at this chop shop. EDIT: beware of this business as they will dox you and put your private information online for everyone to see. I had to remove my previous review. Cyber bullying is unacceptable.

Brent was very informative and conscious of the cost of the repair. He couldn't confirm what I thought the issue was and gave me an option to do the repair and hope that clears the issue or wait until it's obvious so to not do additional repairs. Considering it'd be over 1k, I took the wait and see option. It's very drivable and the downside of waiting is very low. Not everyone can throw down 1k and say here's some more for the next repair. I appreciate you looking out. I'll come back later. Thanks again.

Helped diagnose issues with our car and did so on his own time and gave us the recommendation to go to a mechanic. Would highly recommend this shop if you are experiencing any transmission issues.
