We recently had Leicht design a new main kitchen and a secondary kitchen for us for stir-fry cooking. I can’t say enough good things about the Leicht team from initial design to installation to completion and after-completion follow up, they have continued to hand hold us through the entire process and was always quick to respond to ensure that the kitchen that was created met our expectations both aesthetically and functionally. Our designer, Tanya, really took the time to understand our needs in terms of how we needed the kitchen to function in terms of use, storage, access and convenience. She also paid close attention to our sense of aesthetics in the selection of finishes, materials and accent lighting so that the aesthetic vision we had were also met. Once the designs were finalized, we were blessed with the best project manager that I’ve ever come a crossed both personally and professionally. Cameron was involved each step of the installation from ensuring that all the pieces delivered were accounted for, recommended a fantastic installation team in UCON, and worked closely with us to ensure that the electrical and plumbing plans were followed correctly. Once everything was completed, the kitchens that were created exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t be happier. A heartfelt thanks to Shimon for putting together such a great team and endless thanks to Tanya and Cameron for an exceptional kitchen that we will enjoy with our family for many years to come.

We are happy with the new LEICHT showroom a huge improvement from when we started. We have been dealers for over 10 years and hoping for many more years to come. The quality of the German engineered product and its flexibility has been very consistent over the years.

Perfect Team, Beautiful Design and Amazing Service!!I recently had a kitchen designed by Leicht USA and I am pleased with the results beyond words.Claire Kim, the designer, and Cameron Lee, the project coordinator, were incredibly helpful and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions and concerns.The kitchen design is beautiful. Claire was very creative in finding solutions to utilize the space well. I would also like to mention the excellent followup on the installation timeliness and quality. Cameron was very helpful in ensuring that everything was completed to our satisfaction. The quality of the materials and construction are top-notch. Quality is yet to be tested. Look good so far but overall experience is not worth it.Working with Leicht has been a mixed experience.We went into this with the expectations as estimated by the designer that the installation price would be $2000 (4%) of the cost of the whole kitchen. However, after the order was placed and everything, the installation quote we got from the only two handyman companies that install for Leicht (yes, Leicht doesn’t do installation) skyrocketing to S7220 (~ 15%) of the kitchen cost. The 4-5 months delivery delay wasn’t pleasant but due to COVID and everything going on, it’s somewhat understandable. Our designer and project supervisor quit on us halfway through because from my understanding they also quit the company. They were the reason why we decided to work with Leicht so we were very upset. Cameron, who took over was very passionate and helpful about everything. However, having to go without kitchen for 5 months now because nobody wants to install my kitchen. One company refused to work with other contractors, who build walls and paint for us although we have agreed to work with them on $9,500 (~ 20% of the cost for the sole kitchen installation price, not including appliances, countertop or any other construction job. The other company went from 7.5k estimate to 10.5k only for kitchen cabinets installation, appliances not included in a span of 6-8 months which only happened because the delivery was delayed. It wouldn’t have been much of a problem if we have more options for the cabinet installation, however, the fact that Leicht only officially work with two installers make it feels like a monopoly. They gave us installation instructions but it’s been proven that it’s difficult for “outsider contractors” to read and do their job.The cabinets look nice and all but with the amount of hassle we have to go through, if I have a chance to do it over I would rather just stick with Ikea instead. At least I can install it myself.
