This location is wrong on Google maps. Went to south coast plaza to find it has moved across the mall to the other building. Followed the mall map - led me to a Kiehls that is closed. The note on the door told me to go back to a location in the other building - this was also closed. Ridiculous goose chase across the mall which wasted my time. There is a Kiehl’s in Bloomingdale’s but it doesn’t offer the same promotional discounts.

I've picked up orders from this store a couple of times and all the employees have been SO kind. The first time I had my autistic daughter with me who's a little rowdy and all the employees were amazing, I didn't feel any judgment which unfortunately isn't always the case. Just went again and had another great interaction. Seems like management has assembled a team of very kind individuals. Thank you!

Great customer service, Julie was really friendly and helpful. I usually preferred to shop online but I’ll definitely come back again at this store because of the friendly service.

Over the past few years, we as a family have had a number of interaction with team members at Kiehl's in South Coast Plaza. Every interaction has been pleasant and professional. The team is very knowledgable and goes above and beyond to discuss their products. And while they will show you the various products and how they will benefit you, they will never push you to buy them. I highly recommend this store.

I've been coming to this location for years now and just recently got a few skin barrier checks. Everyone that works there is always so helpful and kind, and have given me so much knowledge on how to take care of my skin. Yesterday (12/20/22) I went in to get an update on my skin barrier and Melissa was the sweetest lady, she spent so much time dedicated to answering all my questions and teaching me just about everything I need to know! She was absolutely amazing and she deserves so much recognition for her hospitality and service.

Great customer service! Rudy went above and beyond to help me with my dry hands. I had some tiny cuts because of over working my hands with soil and dirt....plant lady over here lol. Rudy immediately took excellent care of me with a hand massage. He's really nice and so knowledgeable about different lotions. I'll definitely be stopping by more often when I'm in the area. Also, the avocado eye cream is a must ! PS: Thanks Rudy my hands are back to being smooth!

I am so happy there is a kiehl's store in OC. I come here regularly to buy product as well as recycle my old bottles. I love their recycling program because you earn points for discounts. Every time I come into the store I am always greeted by friendly faces and everyone is so welcoming and helpful. I called recently regarding a body wash that has been sold out online and in stores. I spoke to the manager (didn't catch her name) but advised that she will call me back to let me know if they are expecting a shipment in the next week. Rudy called me back and was so helpful!! He advised that it's not expecting to be in the store but he was able to locate 3 bottles at their Manhattan beach location and that he already called the store to place them on hold for me. He gave me the phone and I was able to place a phone order!! I cannot thank this team for their hard work, patience and customer service!! I love kiehl's and I love coming to this location!
