I work in a remote location and am not able to get to this store easily. Jose was amazing in taking photos/videos and trying on clothes for me to preview while being far away. If something didn't fit, it was easily returned. In the end, I was able to purchase a lot of clothes in time for a trip! Awesome guy! Fast shipping! Great store!

What a great business. Visited this store once and saw a jacket I liked. Staff was super helpful at the time. Decided I would rather buy this when they have a clearance sale during summer which was only a couple of monthsSo the clearance sale comes and goes and I miss it! I call the store asking if they could help. The store manager Colin, not only locates the exact size and jacket I was looking for, but also gives me a great discount over the phone (the sale) - and arranges to have the jacket shipped to my home from the outlet store where it was available. It arrived promptly within a few days. Just perfect.I love their fit, quality and style and they go out of their way to help customers. It can be pricey at times, but with some planning you can make it work to your advantage.

They put old items back for sale and jack up the price and give the customer 40 and 50 percent off come out same price they cheat customer dont buy anything from them

I can't say enough about the store. Not only is it my favorite line of clothing, the service at store is also super professional and very inviting. It's personal one on one service. Everyone at the store is super cool. Especially, I'd like to thank James, the manager, that takes your shopping experience to a whole different level. I would have to say that my closet is 90 percent Varvatos. Check out their colognes as well.

John varvatos was send me email when I open I saw the jacket for sale I purchase after that my PayPal was paid full amount the price was on sale .After that they cancel my order take couple day to refund they send me email said the item was sold out i was very upset go back to the John varvatos web side they put back the item and jack up the price I call them they ask me the email and some one at customer care send me the note say technical error that why they cancel my order what do you think they be honest ? This not first time John varvatos they put back some old item already mark down 60 to 70 percent off they jack up the price and sale like new item if u look some item that last season they put back and jack up the price I took a lot picture to prove they dishonest

While I haven't visited this location in-person, I've placed multiple orders online and over the phone. I've worked primarily with Ryan, who has been very helpful and responsive. Ryan and the customer service department have gone above and beyond to provide an exceptional customer experience.
