They didn't even give me service, supposedly they told me that they closed at 7pm and I went around 4 o'clock if there was a person inside but they didn't even open the door, they don't speak Spanish and regarding their hours it was wrong on the door it said that they close at 2 pm

Jeff was incredibly helpful in diagnosing and fixing my windows PC. He’s great at explaining exactly what’s wrong and how to fix it. Prices are fair, and Jeff is a pleasure to deal with. I won’t be going anywhere else for my hardware repair needs!

Great service and communication. They work on all type of computers, laptops and even servers.Had them work on some old servers that were more than 20 years old but were used in a mission critical environment. They were able to fix all of them, even though the parts were hard to find. Very knowledgeable about the old SCSI and Windows NT technology. Glad that they don't plan to retire soon.

Jeff was extremely helpful with recovering data from my computer. It took a while but he stuck with it and got all the information I needed and he charged a small fraction of what Best Buy and other data recovery places charge. He explained the process so everything was understood and clear. I highly recommend JM-InfoTechs for any computer issues you are having.

The owner was such an incredible human and delight to work with. He helped me instantly with my laptop repair, and I challenged him by bringing in a 10year plus old computer to help me repair. He was quick at helping me diagnose my problem, friendly service, and I will absolutely be back in the future. I highly recommend this business if you need computer help or repair! 11/10 on a scale of excellence. Thank you! Ps I might also suggest you call first because he's great at answering questions over the phone too :)
