You've been warned. This business is the antithesis of professional and despite Travis' seemingly sincere sales pitch, this company does not want to build strong client relationships. After working with a useless account manager for several months (he was recently fired) and the company missing a very important deadline, I terminated services with 30 days' notice (in accordance with our contract). JAM immediately stopped doing any work on my account and has held my Adwords data and website hostage. I've spoken with a few members of the staff and Travis, who assured me that they would turn it over. But that didn't happen, they shut down my website and now it seems that everyone is screening my calls. Client service, even when a relationship is ending, is paramount in any business. At JAM, it's non-existent. As an example of their "customer service" I can provide emails wherein JAM staff calls me ridiculous and a clown. You've been warned.

Avoid James Publishing. They are clueless as to what real attorneys go through. This place is a good choice if you are a new associate trying to get your first client. That's it. Move on.

Travis, Jim and Mike have been a pleasure to work with. They are good at their jobs and generate actually results. Lawyers can trust they will be treated fairly and marketed well. James Publishing can't survive 35 years in business without treating their customers right. I would recommend them to any new or established law firm.

James Publishing has revamped my website and optimized it far better than my former webmaster. I highly recommend this company. They contact me regularly asking if I need any updates, changes, etc. They are very proactive in making sure my website is performing with excellence.

First time in ages that I have found an SEO company that is responsive to my requests AND excellent at their job. I have seen my ranks increase over multiple analytics. They constantly appear to improve my website without being told what to do. Nice to know you can trust them to build the website and actually do SEO that works.

Love the bookselling side of James Publishing; however, James Publishing's website creation and servicing is horrific. Had a horrible experience. Rude team members and no customer service. Wasn't provided with what I paid for.

Our company has been leaving message for a return call since January. Evidently, no one works there........We are extremely unhappy with their customer service. No one will contact us to discuss the website they created, which we are paying a very high price. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone. It is a waste of money.......
