New staff make such a HUGE difference! Felt very welcome when I came in and was helped by Paula who was so kind, gracious and generous with her time. Was greeted very warmly by the other staff too. I’m encouraged to come shop in person at this store now.

I do not recommend shopping here. It's a beautiful store and I've always gotten good service but today I went in and purchased 5 items and when I got home I realized four out of five of them were significantly cheaper online. I paid full-price on everything while the promotion online was up-to 50% off. In total I would've saved $74 if I'd ordered online instead! I reached out to customer service and they said "the price variation is due to the different costs associated with offering our products/services through the two channels" (which is bs if you ask me). They did offer me a price adjustment but what if I hadn't gone on the website and seen the promo? I would've just been unknowingly swindled out of $74?! So FYI fellow consumers, J.Crew themselves told me they don't want you to shop at this store; the "costs associated with offering products through the two channels" means it's better for YOU and THEM if you stay home and only buy online. Or better yet don't give them any of your money at all.

Good displays that attract shoppers. Nice and clean and modern casual and workwear and decent prices. Every once in a while, you'll be able to catch some deals as they have rotating sales

They charge me $8.00 extra in this item. When I call back the next day they say I need to go to the store to get any solution and I live 2 hours away. Be careful they charge more than what is mark on the tags and then customer services is not helping al all.

Christine is managerI was in J Crew store in SC earlier for some gift boxes that I ordered online, and it’s such an unpleasant experience. Christine as the store manager explained to me that J Crew would give the customers boxes but not the bags regardless how many items the clients bought, J Crew policy. I’m not sure when a great brand like J Crew has such ridiculously cheap policy. I guess it would make more sense to J Crew to give out the bag to the client who bought even 1 item, then they would give out another bag when the client came back buying another item, like 5 minutes later. Why J Crew has to create such inconvenience to their clients?, especially for those who bought online like myself? In addition, the customer service would be totally different for purchase online and in store, not as attentive, unfriendly, or helpful. Again, why? Should J Crew treat or provide the same attitude and customer support to their customers despite they bought the products online or in store? I would think twice next time I wanted to buy something from J Crew, better yet, just buy from another brand.

I went in today for the cyber Monday special and found a blazer on one mannequin that I was interested in. So I asked a female clerk with broken English if the specific size was available, but she kept telling me the on sale price. When I asked her to bring me the size to try on, she went to look for it but I found her helping others instead and totally ignored my request (this happened twice) so I went up to her and asked if she was getting my size then she directed me to the section where the outfit was placed then left me there without apologizing. What a joke! This isn't what J Crew I encountered just a couple months ago. I don't know whether it's holiday seasons so they have hard time finding the right staff or what?! This is disappointing! I hope the management sees this and do better to assist customers in needs. This completely takes the pleasure from shopping there!

Horrible customer service horrible workers . Just ripoff place, bought shirt for $120 , never wore it and the tag still on it , when came back to return it after few weeks they said we can only give you the value of the shirt as today price which was $75 . Never seen or heard more worse than this place . Absolutely thieves be aware don't buy J CRAP . NOTE : Read other customers reviews about staff and Donna horrible service, very Rude workers here stay away from J CRAP .

Great selection with multiple sizes. Calvin was amazing, friendly and patient. I described what I needed for a trip coming up and he helped me select some business casual clothes that fit perfectly and were just what I was looking for. Alex was helpful up front and helped with a quick check out. Thanks.
