Hands down the coolest IWC boutique! Everything isn't locked away under glass, so you don't need to feel weird touching! And the staff was great!

Visited the store to replace my watch strap for a new strap. They were able to tell me the available straps they have in their store. Price was affordable. Staff are courteous and offered me some refreshments while I wait.

This place will give you all the attention when you go to buy a new watch but once you buy the watch if there's a defect or you need a replacement part good luck with that I have multiple IWC's and I will sell them all at that point I went to buy a strap for one of them it needed to be replaced I was told it's in stock It will take two days I was there Monday I was told It'll be ready Wednesday i didn't hear back from them I called Friday and they told me they never received it yet and they don't know when it's going to come the person on the phone told me it takes between 3 to 6 months maybe longer on Monday the manager called me being very defensive and attitude telling me they have customers been waiting for six months patiently and this is what I need to do that's their policy I never received the strap I bought it with a discounted price from eBay

Ashley and the entire team at IWC Costa Mesa are an approachable, informative, and a highly customer focused group. You will hear horror stories of the hoops that people have to jump through to purchase a luxury watch. I can assure you the team at Costa Mesa does none of that, at least not to me, and I am a first time buyer from their store. They are extremely pleasant to work with and I will continue to purchase from them for any IWC I plan to get in the future. Thanks Ashley and Team!!!

In the market for a new luxury watch stepped in the store there were about 2 or 3 employees but no one offering to help or even an acknowledgment. One guy sitting at a table so I pointed at a display that contained 3 watches and inquired about one of the watch's price he immediately blurted out 13 thousand without so much as getting up.I asked him if he knew which watch I was referring to and told him it was the one on the far right and he corrects himself and says 4 thousand for that one. What great service... I walked out as he didn't seem interested even to get out of his chair. IWC South Coast Plaza definitely not getting my business.
