Very bad store, even don't provide returns for merchandise, don't suggest to shop here

I wanted to buy a hat and the price on the tag was listed at $180 but when it was scanned into the computer, it rang up as $220. The salesperson got the manager at the moment and he simply stated that it's a "price increase." They salesperson also stated that this incident had happened before relating it to getting a shipment from the warehouse and thus it being "not their fault." The manager was also apparenlty not able to override the price scanned in.The problem I'm having is that this is the first time I've ever had a retail store not honor a listed tag price. The responsibility is on the staff and management team to make sure that all price tags match the system. Should there be a mistake, the listed price tag should be honored. One issue is the apparent lack of ability for a manager to recifiy the situation in everyone's favor. Another concern is that this an ongoing issue with your store, according your salesperson and manager. They stated that this has happened before and yet it continues to happen.1. Price was mistake was not honored. 2. Manager is powerless to help. 3. Salesperson gave excuses. 4. No one took responsilbilityI left without the hat and no intention of shopping there again especially with that kind of treatment and experience.EDIT: So the response I get is as follows:"Dear Jerome Ri,Thank you for your feedback. We regret that our services were not to your satisfaction. We will take your feedback into account to improve them and provide you with the best possible shopping experience in the future. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to see you again soon,The Isabel Marant team"That is some real corporate BS. If you really wanted to "provide [me] with the best possible shopping experience" then you would have already trained your staff to have a protocol for price mistakes. You would hold your staff accountable. You have not even reached out to help make anything right.This was more than just an "inconvenience." This is just terrible service. What makes anyone believe that I would ever go back to your store?Not only that, before I wrote this public review, I submitted a private report to your office and didn't receive any response back. I have still yet to receive any response from that. Now a MONTH later, you give a lukewarm reply to a public review. Did you even read what I wrote or did you copy and paste your standard reply?Your team, your product, your values are all terrible.

I got the coat I wanted, although it was not in my size, the shop assistant ordered it for me, I was very excited and wanted to get it soon.

Xclnt customer service by Jade Schweizer & Stephanie Doe at the South Coast Plaza location...They both have extreme product knowledge, very friendly, cheerful, humble, polite, xclnt eye for fashion...?
