I went today to Instorage and met with Jordan about securing a storage unit. He was perfect! So easy to communicate with, gave clear expectations, knowledgeable and was time efficient. Highly recommend!

I recently was in desperate need of finding a new storage facility as mine was being closed down. After making a few calls and doing some research on the internet I came across Instorage and I am SO happy that I did. Renting a unit was the most easy and seamless process thanks to Jordan. I was able to walk-in and check the facility as soon as I did I knew I didn’t need to look any further. The unit is enforced and not with that stupid and unreliable plywood my old facility used. The location is clean, secure and I couldn’t be happier. The price was amazing and I’ll even be saving money now! Thank you so much to Jordan (he’s the best) and I can’t wait for my friends and family to leave their Public Storage units and come to Instorage too. ??

Why am I unable to make a payment over the phone . This has happened every time within the last 6months. I do not want to be charged late fees when u make impossible to make my payment. I’ve had my unit about 3 yrs. I’d like it rectified asap
