I’d like to add this review so other car buyers don’t waste their time with iLusso.
I was working with Jonathan on a GT63s for couple of days. We went over the car options, did a video walk around with Kendall as the vehicle was in their California location & agreed on the car price with Jonathan.
Everything was going well up until Jonathan was supposed to send me the bill of sale so I knew the all inclusive out-the-door price. This is when Jonathan went MIA and after following up with him for couple of days with no response, GT63s disappeared from their website and I have to yet hear back from Jonathan.
Couple weeks later the same car showed up at a TXTCharlie in Florida. I guess they offered ilusso more money so they ended up selling them the car.
Time is our most valuable asset, so do yourself a favor and go shop elsewhere.

I had a great experience with Ilusso consigning my 600LT through them! Ryan was very friendly, responsive and extremely accommodating with all my requests. The transaction went very smooth, and Ryan kept me informed and updated every step along the way. I will definitely be bringing my business to Ilusso again

It was an absolute please work with Ryan at the iLusso group. He is amazing !! Very professional. Always answer my calls or texts within few minutes . Extremely reliable and loyal . He handled every aspect of the sale from the moment I consigned my car with him. If you want to sell your exotic car you have to go with Ryan at Ilusso. He also very helpful and resourceful to get you in a car that you like. I highly recommend.

This company acts like they want to do business with you, they take your information and waste your time and never get back with you.
Don’t waste your time with them, find someone reputable to offer your vehicle for sale !!!!!!!

I was very impressed with how quickly the team at Ilusso was able to sell my consigned Bentley for much more than several other dealers had offered. We all know the margins in High end vehicles can really sting when it's time to trade and these guys came through over $40k higher then other offers. 10/10 recommend for the Customer Service, Professionalism, and most importantly getting the most back from my luxury purchase.

I was a little hesitant to buy a car sight unseen, but I am happy that I went through with the purchase. Even though I didn’t buy one of their top of the line hyper cars, they still treated me like a million bucks. They provided all the paperwork, set up shipping and were a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. Everything went quickly and smoothly, and I had my classic car within about a week. Even the delivery driver who brought the car from Costa Mesa to Chicago said that iLusso is the best dealership he’s worked with. I highly recommend them for a pleasant purchasing experience.
