Only rating two stars because obviously, the taxes were filed, but at what cost when you have to continuously ask why your total is much higher than you expected, only to have them lower it eventually. The most upsetting thing was my tax preparer, Jose, losing my original w-2 documents, (claims he shredded them, after giving several runaround stories but I know they were just tossed), and just being led on overall. Will not be returning to hr block at all, especially this location.

Excellent service. Jose was very understanding and respectful. Made taxes look easy to do.

Made an online appointment and was asked to come into their office in the middle of the work day to sign taxes, defeating the purpose of an online appointment even if it was honored. My tax representative switched offices a lot, making it hard to get in touch with her. MyBlock is glitchy and caused them to file my taxes a day late. Expensive for the service and received a return much lower than expected.

I had the worst experience I was told over the phone it would take one hour it took over two hours because the person that was helping me was very unprofessional he made me feel very uncomfortable he treated me very disrespectfully I would like to speak to somebody further about this because I don’t think anybody should experience what I went through
