I came in for a key fob reprogram. These guys damaged my key fob and didnt do the work I approved of. I went back in and gave them an HONEST chance to resolve the issue and they were unwilling to discuss any resolutions.

This is the third time I've had Honest Auto take care of my car and the experience and customer service was as great as ever. They're very honest, reasonable, provide options, are very accommodating and able to resolve issues quickly. They are patient when it comes to explaining things and make sure you understand, not like other auto bodies where you don't feel comfortable asking questions. Highly recommend Honest Auto.

Best mechanic experience I’ve personally ever had, above and beyond mentality, doesn’t try to sell me on anything. Tries to fix the problem at hand by explaining detailed what they are doing. Good people, this is one of those all American businesses you have to keep supporting because they do the job right. No language barriers, no frustrated answers, assuming the worst for any little thing to get more money out of you. Will be coming here from now on.

Honest-1 always does an amazing job. They are not at all judgmental about your bad car maintenance habits. They don’t grill you about that but they do tell you everything that they need to do to your vehicle to bring it back to full health. Their team is amazing! They are just as honest as their namesake.

Had a problem with my driver door window. Kurt diagnosed the probable cause. Got me in the next day and had the parts on order the moment I arrived. Car was fixed in about 3 hours for a reasonable price. No dealer could have done the same work in the time I had. Five Stars

I have been taking my car here for about 3-4 years and I can’t say enough nice things about the team. I always feel like I’m getting a great price and honest feedback about what needs to be repaired on my car. An additional bonus is that their lobby has free wifi and comfy seating while you wait for your car! Definitely recommend Honest 1 to anyone in the area.
