“I discovered Pridmore Designs online and was immediately captivated by the videos showcasing their completed projects. Initially planning to buy furniture locally, I encountered disappointment with the service and knowledge provided by my local furniture retailers. It was during a random call to Pridmore Designs to inquire about a Massoud Sofa that I had the pleasure of meeting Julie.
Julie's knowledge and helpfulness during that call left a lasting impression, despite my clear intention to make purchases in Las Vegas. Subsequently, I chose to collaborate with Julie on all our furniture acquisitions and have since recommended her to multiple friends and relatives. Julie is an accomplished interior designer with a deep understanding of the furniture brands at Pridmore Designs. Her friendly and cheerful demeanor, coupled with her ability to comprehend clients' visions and budgets, made the entire process enjoyable.
Given that we were making purchases from out of state, numerous emails, phone calls, and video conferences were conducted. Julie's scheduling flexibility and responsiveness to questions and needs were remarkable. When we visited the store, I was pleasantly surprised by the VIP purchasing experience. Julie had prepared all the samples, drawings, and alternatives, ensuring our visit was highly efficient. Another unexpected benefit was the competitive pricing, making the entire purchase, including delivery and setup in our home, significantly more cost-effective than buying locally.

“The staff at Timothy Oulton Costa Mesa are very knowledgeable and professional. Every time I have come here they are very friendly, approachable and give you the space to browse the collections. No pressure whatsoever. I like the edgy cool vintage industrial and vintage modern furniture, lighting, home goods and accessories in store. Def worth visiting their showroom. A must see!!”

“I went in here just to kill time, waiting on somebody. I didn't have much money and I didn't plan on shopping, but at the time that I went in it was a fairly new opening so I figured i'd take a look.$68 later I had two big bags full of stuff going home with me that was really awesome stuff for really really cheap. It's like an affordable version of HomeGoods or Bed Bath and Beyond. Both of those stores I never go into cause I can never afford anything there.But since my first visit in late November of '23 , I have been to "at home" more times than I can count and gotten a great deal every time.”

“I walked into the store with my wife interested in purchasing a reading chair. Our eyes settled on the Athena reading chair in beige Lazio, and were informed that this showpiece was the only item remaining as it had been discontinued. Win, the sales floor associate, kindly assisted us in going through every detail of the floor model chair, and offered us a discount for taking the model. Not only was she kind and personable, her energy and quick-to-help demeanor ultimately won us over. For us, half of the experience and decision-making is obviously based on the product, however the other half to take into consideration is the attitude and demeanor of the sales associate. The container store here at metro point has a great selection and staff is very friendly. “This is my new favorite store! I recently went to a local mall and felt so defeated. I told my husband that I could not relate with the clothing out there anymore (for reference, I'm late 30s). Even from some of my favorite stores, I could not find anything I liked. Enter OPT! Finally a store that does not only have crop tops! The clothing in there is so cute! I ended up buying a few different sweaters...some of the softest ones ever! I came home telling my husband how happy I was to find a clothing store that I liked again! I love that OPT also has home goods and cute things for gifts. It is difficult to find parking in the center. I went on the weekend so I am not sure about weekdays. There are a few popular restaurants in the same center so it brings in the crowds. Can't wait to come shop again!”
