Everyone in this store is nice, especially the Asian guy with glasses, and accommodating EXCEPT for this one lady who’s very snappy and had an attitude. We just wanted to exchange our shoes, and she was already very snappy. I wanted to call her out and shame her, but she’s not worth my time. I love Hoka and will continue to wear their shoes. Will I come back to this location though? Definitely NOT. This location will never get my business again. To the manager of this store, please screen your staff with attitude check. Also, this employee with an attitude was a Ms. “know-it-all” and said they don’t accept Afterpay when it fact that was what we used to pay for our shoes. So my bf had to prove it to her by showing her the Afterpay app and receipt on his phone. Well, just like the old saying goes: “the empty vessel makes the loudest noise.” Shame on that employee that ruined the experience for everyone else.

Hoka Shoes are great but the Sales staff are unhelpful borderline rude compared to Road Runner stores. It's like going to any shoe store at this point there. Recommend going to Road Runner if you're serious about running shoes. They carry hoka and others

Came here to buy a Christmas gift, during the holidays I understand how employees can get overworked but I came and it wasn't busy at most there were 3 customers and only one was being helped. Anyways, I knew what I was getting I didn't come to look or anything but it was frustrating how I had to wait over 15 minutes for a sales associate to approach me, none the less I was never greeted nor approached I had to basically make someone help me as the sales associates were all just talking to each other.

Bad customer service. Sales people has no energy to help. One question one answer. They prefer chatting with co workers. I bought a couple if shoes at this store for the last couple of years. Customer service gone bad.

I have never been to this Hokas store and I brought back a purchase I ordered online; After I returned the two pairs of shoes, I purchased three more pairs at store. ( I'm a nurse there are work shoes , I swear! ) Abbey gave great5-starr customer service. My daughter and I were in the store, we had her undivided attention for at least thirty minutes. I will be spending my christmas there and buying two more pairs !! THANK YOU, ABBEY . I have never been to a Hoka store always ordered online. Hoka keep up the good work. HOAKS are all the rage with LA NURSES ! Thank you for making a dependable shoe that makes my job easier. God Bless

Had a great experience here. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. They have a foot scanner machine that will scan your feet and it will tell you what series of shoes fits you feet the best. I was impressed. They didn't have the right color combo for me in stock so it will get them online and have them shipped to my house. Josh was very helpful and had a lot of knowledge about the products.

The person who helped me kept bringing the wrong size shoes out? Ended up just ordering my shoes from another retailer online since it was a better deal with more color options, in my exact size.
