I'm a Plumbing Contractor and I've been doing business with Hirsch for over 20 years. I cannot say enough good things about their Branch Managers, Staff, and product selection. I literally buy 99% of all my plumbing materials from Hirsch. I have been in the plumbing business for over 35 years and I have not experienced a better Plumbing Supply than Hirsch. No one comes close to the service they provide.

This place is so great. I had a small craft project that needed a few specialty plumbing fixtures and the guys at Hirsch were super helpful and patient. Even gave me a free pipe scrap so I wouldn't have to purchase a ten footer! It's rare to come across that level of service.

I called and they said just take a picture and we can give you the part for your toilet. Then I get there and the person says that he needs a serial number for my toilet or something. Well my toilet is pretty universal I find out, so he should not need anything especially with a picture of it! Then after mumbling for a while, says that the parts are 45 dollars. He said that they were real toto parts (my toilet) which was not true. I went to home depot instead and found the parts for 14 dollars. What a rip off. Do not go to this place if you are not a contractor! It should mention only contractors for real prices.
