We recently had the majority of our two-story home re-carpeted with Hemphill and we’re very impressed. The quality of the carpet and the color they helped us select were ideal. We were also impressed with the installers who worked so efficiently for the job that estimated his two days work was finished in 108 we would definitely use them again.

I have done business with Brett for 26 years...as has my now grown daughter with her own family. Besides being a nice guy...Brett is so helpful and professional. His staff is also terrific. I looked long and hard for just the right rug with blues and grays for my living room. When I couldn't find one, I went to Hemphill's and with the help of Cheri Hemphill, designed my own. we spent hours figuring out the 7 colors to include in my rug. We ordered a sample rug but it came back with too much teal so we ended up using a couple of paint sample colors to get just the right colors. Then came the wait, like everything else these days, to have the rug made in India. Today the rug was delivered and it is perfect. So, if you are looking for something special or off the rack, Hemphill's is the best place to go for your rug needs. This is a family owned business run by caring professional individual. I cant recommend them enough.

Hemphill's has installed flooring and carpeting in my home and have done a great job and with with my strict HOA guidelines. I was given good choices and am happy with their products and job.

Can’t say enough nice things - we called and Brett answered! Selection to choose from, offered his professional experience and set us up to get new flooring. They were there when they said they’d be there and cleaned up everything… Just an overall excellent experience. We will definitely use Hemphill’s again.

We had an Icemaker leak that buckled our wood flooring. I didn't want to go through insurance so I went to Home Depot and rented some fans and a dehumidifier which sucked up a lot of water. After a week of the fans, I went by Hemphills and ask Brett if they could help me. They sent out someone to inspect the floor and said they could help me and sent two fellows out the next day. They were very professional and worked quickly. It was approximately 45 square feet and they had that taken out along with a small amount of drywall and moldings and had that out the first day. The second day they fixed drywall and put in all new moldings and completely finished the flooring better than new. I can't say how happy I am with the job and how I would Highly recommend Hemphill's. I don't give them five stars I give them TEN STARS.

He knows flooring (some of the highest-rated carpets available), has helpful, polite, and eager-to-help staff, and organizes the entire process so all goes smoothly,After almost a year dealing with another top-rated carpet company that proved an expensive dreadful job in every aspects, I was discouraged and angry. Who could I trust if a top-rated carpet company didn’t know proper installation or their products and didn’t come on time (when they showed up at all).Then I found Hemphill. I only needed carpeting for a small staircase in a modest condo, but Brett Hemphill, gave me premier service. He responded quickly to my many questions (even on weekends and evenings), and managed the carpet sales, delivery and installation. The sales staff helped me chose the carpet that would compliment my wood flooring. The installer came on time, put in overtime, and paid attention to exacting features making the carpet pattern look cohesive, not jumbled.When other companies seem more interested in sales than service, it was refreshing to find a company that treats a small sale with courtesy, excellence in details (on time service and no neglected customer), and fair prices for some of the highest rated carpet brands available to residential customers.It was a pleasure working with Hemphill’s Rugs & Carpets. I am very happy with the result, and (as proof of satisfaction) I’m having Hemphill install wood flooring in a bedroom.
