I cannot say enough positive things about Jared and the grooming experience he provides for my Yorkshire Terrier, Jax. Jax is usually nervous and terrified during grooming sessions, but Jared's calming demeanor and gentle approach have completely transformed the experience for him. From the moment we walk in, Jared greets us with a warm smile and ensures that Jax feels comfortable. The end result is always fantastic - Jax looks and feels great every time! I am incredibly grateful to have found Jared, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring and skilled groomer.

The staff is very kind and chill and the inside is super clean and well organized , all the staff greet my little fury buddy's , Jared and Nancy did a excellent job on my pups , will be a returning customer

Need hand stripping? Healthy Spot is the only place in OC that has groomers trained in this technique to my knowledge (I made a ton of calls!). Jax is a 1yo Norfolk Terrier mix with a beautiful coat that I wanted to maintain through hand stripping. Jared has groomed Jax since he was 6 mos. He always does an outstanding job and he is so good taking time to let Jax warm up to him. I was worried at first that this process might hurt but that was quickly dispelled when I peaked in and saw him laying down and happy. I highly recommmed Jared as technique is just as important as someone your dog trusts. Healthy Spot is a jewel. Adopted one of our Doxies during an event 5 years ago there and take all three of our pups there for grooming. They also have fun events there to take your pups and meet other owners.

Rebeca is amazing at grooming poodles. I bring photos of elaborate Asian Fusion poodle cuts and she executes them perfectly. If I would like the cut to be adjusted after it is done, she cuts some more until I am satisfied. I brought my dog to other grooming salons closer to where I live and showed them the same pics that I showed Rebecca, and they totally butchered my baby's haircut. Other salons would say that they can do it and then say that they did it like the pic, but my baby would not look like the pic at all. However, Rebecca nails it every time. Moreover, she is creative and add details that enhance the cut that I would not know to ask. For example leaving long lashes; leaving more fur on the back legs and defining the transition between the back legs and waist in such a way as making it look as if the dog is wearing pants. Soooo cute! Rebecca has an esthetic eye for sure. The whole team who work at the salon are always polite, accommodating, and gentle with the dogs.

Love how Nyxie and Stella were groomed and treated at Healthy Spot today Nyxie the German shepherd is getting older so Jared made sure to take extra time with her. He was very knowledgeable and Nyxie looks wonderful! For reference Nyxie is a long haired German Shepherd, just look at how beautiful she looks after! Stella also came out looking refreshed! Never a bad time at the Healthy Spot!

My dog and I both love this place! Rebecca does a great job every time and is so sweet with Cooper! He's honestly never had a bad haircut .. he is a cavachon with a doodle-type cut.. would highly recommend!

Jared is our groomer, he is the best. He so calming and works so well with, Franklin! He has come so far and always looks and feels confident when we leave Healthy Spot and seeing, Jared. I love bringing my dog Franklin to a place of business that is so clean and professional, you can't go wrong. Thank you for the excellent service.

Have been taking my pup to Healthy Spot for grooming. They've always done a good job and my dog comes out happy, not traumatized like at some places. This week I was fortunate to have Jared groom her. Not only was he a nice guy and so good with my pup, he did the best job ever!!! Can't recommend him enough!

Thank you Rebecca for such a great job with Hana each and every visit. I highly recommend Rebecca 100% to everyone. She is professional, skilled and very kind. So thankful to have her take care of Hana! She takes her time to insure the grooming is done right! Hana is always clean and fresh smelling when I pick her up. A shout out to the staff as well, they are kind, warm and professional. Of course Rebecca is one of the best in Orange County.

I recently took my wire fox terrier, Ruben, to Jared at the Healthy Spot for grooming. I couldn't be happier with the results! Jared's skill in hand stripping really brought out the best in Ruben's coat. He looks fantastic, and it's evident that Jared is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely cares about the well-being and appearance of the pets he works with. I highly recommend Jared for anyone looking for a top-notch groomer at the Healthy Spot!

I found Healthy Spot when I was searching for a new groomer after moving here and they were the only groomer I could find with actually reasonable prices. My dog is very anxious about new people but the staff there are always so sweet to her. They've made sure my dog sees the same groomer (Shelby) each time which has been really helpful for her. They do a great job! the staff is super nice too, and it's convenient that they have an online system to schedule appointments.

While they performed adequately, my trust in their ability to uphold appointments was significantly compromised. I began utilizing Healthy Spot's services during the challenging period of the COVID-19 pandemic when securing appointments elsewhere proved to be a daunting task. Despite the initial difficulties, I persisted with Healthy Spot. After managing to secure an appointment for my German Shepherd, I immediately scheduled another for a month later, recognizing the challenges of availability during that time. However, when the scheduled date approached, my appointment was mysteriously absent from their records. Frustrated but understanding, I rescheduled, enduring another few weeks of anticipation. Unfortunately, the same scenario unfolded, and my appointment seemed to vanish once again. While I eventually got my dog groomed, the unreliability of their scheduling system left a lasting impression, leading me to refrain from entrusting them with future appointments. Despite my reservations about their appointment system, I must acknowledge the aesthetic appeal of their store. My concern lies in the possibility that Healthy Spot may be hiring inexperienced staff without a genuine passion for their work. It appears that, in an era where the tipping culture is under scrutiny, some employees may lack the dedication that comes with a true passion for the job. Having worked in a similar industry relying on tips, I still believe in recognizing good service with a 20% tip. If others appreciate the services provided by Healthy Spot, I encourage them to express their gratitude through tipping, fostering an environment that supports quality service. Today I was looking for Open Farm Raw Mix thanks to Kayla I was able to locate and purchase item today. Thank you for keeping my dog healthy!!! Recommend to any pet owner, they have great customer service and great products!!
