They must treat their employees well because these are some of the friendliest pharmacists and staff when I've had to talk to them on the phone. I came here to review because I stupidly didn't realize my thyroid medication (a necessity) was running out, left a voicemail, and had my meds IN HAND the very next day. They do my t4/t3 compound here and I've read horror stories on other pharmacies messing up dosages and I've had no issues. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

I'm very disappointed in trying this pharmacy for my HRT. Upon being called 8 times for my 2 prescriptions of hormone cream when I arrived it was not ready. We had to walk in front of a homeless man shooting up drugs at the front door of the business. The pharmacy is NOT well educated. I was upset as they also said they would transfer my other prescription to CVS but did not because I called them out on the poor customer care. Driving 30 minutes to get a RX after being told they were ready and waiting then waiting another 20 minutes was upsetting especially given the circumstance. This pharmacy is poorly ran and unprofessional. I would NOT do business here again. How rude to lie and not transfer a prescription because they are to disorganized to have clear and basic communication with clients doctors and workers. This is awful service save your money and go to another compound pharmacy this place is just not ran professionally.

I've used Harbor Compounding for years. They are always super responsive, helpful and deliver on time. Even though I have to drive out of my way to continue to use them, I don't mind at all because of their amazing customer service.

This pharmacy has the best costumer services, specially Edmundo who I talked to several times regarding my issues with the delivery for my prescription. Please do not get the delivery with the company "Delivered-it" they have hundreds or bad reviews in yelp, they lie, they won't do the delivery as you expect knowing that and what you are waiting for is a medication. Ask the pharmacy to use another way to get your prescription via mail.

Unfortunately, this place is a rip off! I've had a prescription compounded at a nearby pharmacy for several months. Decided to give this place a try, and paid a little more than what I normally pay. However, when I got home, I noticed that my prescription was not filled to the top (gel substance), like my usual pharmacy does. I called Harbor Pharmacy to explain what I received and they said that they could not fill it to the top. What I received will not even last a full 30 day supply. Please do not give this pharmacy your business. I WILL BE FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE CALIFORNIA BOARD OF PHARMACY!

I recently started getting my prescriptions for my compounded bioidentical hormones from Harbor. Harbor's prices are much higher than other pharmacies, but I decided to go ahead and use them because my doctor said they are familiar with the Wiley protocol. I realized I was out of one of my Rx and Harbor didn't even call/text me to ask me if I wanted a refill. I called Harbor and spoke with Savannah who was very polite, but said I would need to tell them I wanted to be enrolled in the reminder program. WHAT?! I have never had to ask the other pharmacies to remind me that my hormones may need a refill. You would think with paying so much more, I would get better customer service. The worse part is that they have some issue with the credit card merchant they use, so they are unable to take my HSA card. This means I have to pay with my debit card and then submit a claim with my insurance company each time for reimbursement. Savannah said they don't know when they will have this fixed. This is a big inconvenience and it's been unfixed for months. I think I'm on the hunt for another compounding pharmacy.

Really frustrating to deal with. Have been using them for two years. They get my order wrong about 1/3 of the time: not sending prescriptions I ordered until I contacted them again 30 days later, ignoring messages, calling 5 times to confirm that insurance won't cover it, after I specifically told them I know insurance won't cover; using automated refill, then being told that sometimes the automated refill line doesn't work???? It took 3 phone calls to resolve that issue. This time, they charged me for both prescriptions but only sent one. It's incredibly frustrating. But they are the only game in town for what I need.

The absolute best! I've been using Harbor on and off for over a decade and their service has remained consistent - every employee I've talked to has been competent, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. There aren't a lot of businesses I can say that about. They always contact me if there's an issue with my prescription and they're extremely helpful in resolving those issues. I always have my prescriptions delivered and they always arrive on time. I highly recommend this pharmacy - with all the frustrations we deal with on a daily basis regarding customer service, you will never have to worry about feeling that way with Harbor. If only all businesses could adopt their customer service model...I'd likely have more hair ;)

Honestly, I would give this Pharmacy 10 stars! I've been an "out of the area" customer for 5+ years and found their customer service to be outstanding. Every phone conversation I have had is pleasant, knowledgable, and efficient. (That is not the case with many other companies, especially during Covid -days.) Three years ago I moved out of California. After a couple of years here I thought I'd support a local Pharmacy that compounded. Not only did the personnel lack knowledge, but their "book keeping" was irregular. When I was charged for more #Rx than I had ordered by phone, AND the i discovered the "clicker" didn't deliver a consistent required amount of the dosage, I had to discontinue my business with them. I'm SOOO thankful I have an exceptional pharmacy to return to! Thank you, Harbor Compound! Keep up the good work...even if/as you expand due to this reviews!!! :-)
