H. Alora saved my life! I moved into a new place with a really old mattress set, hence haven't slept well since. Nicole helped me find the perfect mattress, worked with me through the entire process, and was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I just had the most amazing night's sleep and I owe it to Nicole and H. Alora!

I had an amazing experience while purchasing from H Alora this last saturday. I went to visit the farmers market and stumbled upon this treasure of a sleeping store. Nicole was very kind and let me try the zero gravity bed. I had an amazing time looking at and trying out the wonderful beds. Thank you Nicole and H Alora for this memorable experience.

Nicole was so amazing when I was picking out my mattress and new bed. She was very patient as I was unsure which bed I wanted to purchase. She made the process seamless. We’ve tried out mattresses at many stores now on our search for the Goldilocks bed and Nicole gave the best service we’ve had! She’s very personable and was very sweet to our baby and allowed us to truly try all the beds we were looking at. Definitely recommend working with her!

Review is based on the EXCELLENT customer service I received from this store. I have not received my purchase yet as the delivery date has not come yet. But I wanted to leave a review in the meantime. Businesses like this stand out! I worked with Shivani who was so patient and had so much grace as I asked 100 questions. She was not pushy. She was very honest and transparent. H Alora will be my number one referral for anyone looking for a wonderful bed and great customer service. I cannot wait for my mattress! Me and my girlfriend spend a lot of Labor Day Weekend shopping for furniture because we are almost completing a remodel. Each different store we shopped at, had many options but nothing that stood out. i found H Alora on yelp on the Tuesday after labor day right before i was going to just order a bedframe online and hope it arrives in good shape and somewhat on time. I'm glad i called Nicole at H Alora because she showed me some of the bedframes that i would like on the website and i was able to drop in the showroom that same day and see it in person. She was accommodating throughout and followed up after the install and delivery to make sure everything worked out great, and we were very happy with the results. The frame was delivered and installed within 3 days of purchase, we signed the documents via e signature and just provided credit card information. very easy transaction and great customer service both in store, and through the dispatch and delivery. High quality craftsmanship and high design at a good value with white glove delivery and install/haul away. Will recommend and looking forward to going back for some accessories soon.

Although I have yet to receive the mattress wanted to share that the experience so far has been great. No pressure sales, and plenty of options. There are price points from $3,000 to $30,000, again the choice is up to you.

Already had a McRoskey firm for 18 years and loved it. Just time for a new one. I was a little hesitant after finding out that McRoskey had retired the classic blue cotton ticking but with a quick call to McRoskey's factory Nicole confirmed the material was the same just a new tartan style. This time we ordered the gentle. A soft landing spot was important to me because I had been sleeping in a recliner for three months with a broken ankle. H. Alora's white glove service was right on time and the delivery guys were great. Delivery by Christmas was a plus. Thank you Nicole. We love our new McRoskey.

Thanks to Bernard Gibbes - this has been the best mattress experience one can hope for. We all know that now a days shopping for a mattress is quiet the challenge. It's like shopping for a car almost. A long term investment and dealing with mattress sales man is like dealing with with car sales man. But here it is like going to a mattress heaven! Haha And their bedding is great too! Bamboo sheets anyone ?! Best! Thank you Bernard! For such an informative, pleasant experience, your profesional, calming demeanor and non-pushy approach to help us find what we were looking for was truly wonderful. I highly recommend anyone go to this place to shop for your mattresses!
