Stopped by with 4 of my friends today and Lady that was helping us today was not friendly at all.She didn't seem happy helping us.My friend and I were going to buy but we decided to go to Nordstroms instead where the service was so much better.

Good selection. Bit surprised they aren't fully staffed. Customization is possible but not offered.. Good to check the shoe-style size, but I will continue to order my golden goose products online...I'm sensitive to arrogant customer service... they hit my buttons. I didn't say anything but am not looking forward to shopping there again.I'm not sure why the sales lady had to make sure to tell me 3x their return policy. I've never returned anything and simply am a quick buyer.Still, she made me wait to pay while doing a useless back and forth with another customer.Didn't like her tone. I can afford anything in there and don't appreciate her negative, condescending tone, while taking my money.

I finally got my first pair of Golden Goose! I have to admit, I wasn’t so sure about buying already scuffed up looking shoes. I mean, I can scuff up the shoes I have and call it a day. But I’ve seen people wearing them so I was curious. I went ahead and ordered a pair of shoes online and I picked them up at the Golden Goose store inside South Coast Plaza. They were ready for pickup the next day!The store itself is cute with a variety of shoes and clothes for purchase. I told the nice guy that I was picking up an online order. He brought me the shoes and I tried them on. They fit perfectly! I did ask why are the shoes scuffed. He explained the back story; the shoes are to be a reminder of our memories from the past, like a postcard. He described it so much better than me and it made sense. He was super helpful and just overall a nice guy. I forgot to ask him his name. Ugh!The store also offers customized options and has a bunch of jewels you can add. This is something that I will most definitely have to look into next time.

My son purchased for me as a gift 2 pairs of Sneakers, at the amount of 1,573 dollars. I am not wearing them as my first choice, avoiding rainy days and"Respect" the product. However, I just returned from a trip and noticed that the star studded with Crystals on the side is peeling almost totally. Knowing that this is hand crafted, I called the store and to my surprise was told that they are totally not responsible and I should try to fix it.In short, Golden Goose at Costa Mesa South and in general DO NOT STAND BY THIS LAXURY PRODUCT.How disappointing. At least to offer to fix it !!!, but no. Therefore, shame on them and this sneaker should be bovrotted in my mindDone

Jordan is incredibly attentive and cares about providing an amazing customer experience. She went out of her way for me on one of the busiest days of the year (2 days before Christmas) by giving me her full attention and patience so I could find the perfect pair of shoes. I can easily say 5 Stars for the buying experience and for Golden Goose shoes.

I always have a great experience at this store. The associates are so kind and helpful and they treat me like a real person. The manager Jordan always goes above and beyond to help and makes me feel comfortable even if I'm taking long to make a decision. Janan is very helpful and happy to help and customize my golden goose sneakers. I would give them a 10 if I could

I just have to say Jordan the manager has the worst attitude and treated me like garbage. I have never felt so be littled and judged . From the moment I walked in there she was horrible. She almostDidn't give me a chance to even try On the next size. I had Bought shoes through the Chicago store and they felt tighter than the pair I have. So I wanted to try on the next size just Incase . I had to ask her , well can I try on the next size at least . She said the shoes I brought in to exchange were worn and I have to take it to customer service . Which is 100% wrong . She wouldn't even give me the time of day after that. I had worn them around my home to see if I can handle the size and I barely last a half hour . She honestly shouldn't be in retail with howHorrible Her Customer service is . She should get in trouble with her attitude . The other woman there was so nice and my other experience there was with a nice gentleman was great as well. Jordan on the other hand made us feel like we were scum on her shoe.

Went to this location, I live in Hollywood. To my surprise the team here was by far the most friendly , knowledgeable , and professional that I have come across so far. To be so honest I don't think there is a better golden goose boutique in California when it comes to customer service and product. Their co-creation section is absolutely amazing , Janan is so amazing she is such a great artist along with being extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to their products, she is literally an asset to the company and deserves a raise in my opinion (do what you want with that HR). I wish I lived closer because I want this store to be the only one I shop at when it comes to golden goose especially compared to other experiences I've had (melrose). Jordan the manager is amazing as well she's very friendly and knows how to take care of her clients. If I could offer more stars I would. I see there are negative reviews about this location but I really don't see how any of those make sense. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. 12/10

I love this store! The two girls working in the shop were so sweet and helpful. Starting with my phone call to find out where they were located to assisting me with finding shoe models that we not displayed on the floor to making me laugh, and most of all chatting with my boyfriend and keeping him happy while I shopped. There are so many cool shoes to choose from and they have a larger selection than the department stores. I'll always go here first, it makes all the difference having great ,friendly people working in the store. Thanks girls!!!!

I had a bad customer service experience when I came back 5 days after I bought my superstars. I used the sneakers and tried my best to check if it is the right fit but when I finally came back and asked them to change my pair because I feel uncomfortable and it hurts my feet, I was declined. I was advised that I have 14 days to return if it doesn't fit right but they said it was a miscommunication cause they can't accept used shoes. How will I know if it is the right fit or not if I haven't tried them. Just really disappointed. And maybe I have been treated better if I was not an Asian. Waste of money and it was a dream pair that turned into a nightmare.

I have been wanting a pair of golden goose sneakers for some time. I finally went to Nordstrom to purchase a pair, but they only had one style in my size. I learned there was an actual boutique at the SCP, so went back, to hopefully purchase my first pair. I have 2 babies under the age of 2, so I planned on it being a quick purchase. When I went into the store, one associate was helping another customer, so I just hung out. Two people came in after me and a woman associate quickly came out to help them. I walked up and stood a little behind them, to show I was interested in assistance after. The two guests told the associate they were just looking and to help the other customer; the woman associate looked at me and turned around. It's a very small store, so I know she saw me. I walked a few steps toward her and she turned, looked at me, and again, walked away! I said loud enough for her to hear, "I guess I'll go purchase these at Nordstrom". As I walked out of the store, she yelled out that she would help me. By then, I was happy to take my double stroller back over to Nordys nursing and family friendly store to spend my money there.
