Had a great experience with John today. He was able to quickly repair my wife's ring and necklaces. He was very kind and did a great job. We will definitely be back for our jewelry needs.

I spoke to a man over the phone and he was extremely rude and unhelpful. Then before I could even say thank you he hung up on me. You're better off going down the street to Premier Jewelers.

John took me as a walk in and fixed a loose prong on my engagement ring very quickly! He even cleaned the Diamond for me and it sparkled so bright! I am so thankful he squeezed me in so fast. I will definitely be back :) highly recommend for repairs!!!
