Iam GNC customer i love the care and interaction the GNC people have when talk about there product, they can talk to you abouy proteins, vitamins and more .. i found this location on my way work....friendly face , and nice people take care of me when i go shop..only weekends you will see other people interested on computers not on GNC business means not pay attention on your needs ..during week.you will meet great value customer service not only great products..

It's hard to find a protein shops with employees who know what they're talking when it comes to the ingredients in all the supplies they sell. When I tell you Paris, the man who assisted me, knows what he's talking about, HE KNOWS WHAT HES TALKING ABOUT. Of course words and knowledge on GNC's product but with the high intensity workouts I do regularly, I'm looking forward to taking my new products to work. I just finished a bulk and I'm looking to burn fat and lean out. Paris set me up for success. Not only was he educated and knowledgeable about what we showing me, but he also able to dictate what was in my best interest in regards to my workout regimen and the results I was looking. Paris isn't shy of being personal with you anymore than you are with him. Not only did he meet my needs, but he was able to multitask with other customers coming in-and-out of the store; we even had a great conversation in regards to protein, ingredients and health with another regular named Mark. Looking forward to what's its store over these next 21 days since I'll be starting a new diet. Best believe I'll be leaving another review as well at the end of those 21 days whether or not all of this was a load of crap or not. I trust the process with the assistance of both Mark and especially Paris. In the end a real gym rat understands this is a lifestyle, and I trust Paris understands too. Highly recommend going here to anyone looking to surpass their limits or even get started on a new journey

Love this GNC! The staff is extremely knowledgeable on their products and recommendations. Have been going there for years and using the GNC discount as often as I can. You won't get this kind of advice or product info from Amazon, so I'm fully happy to support this store!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Also a great place to come this is the only place my nutrionist said to come if he didn't have the products I was looking for due to product shortages and he was right. He said Paris was one of the best of the best nutritionist around. While I was being helped by Paris 4 chargers pro football players walked in and got whatever Paris told them to get zero questions asked !! I was like wow they didn't even question him at all they listened to him more than they listen to there drs lol I heard it all. They even asked him if there he agreed with there drs advice lol. I was impressed. Well if pro football players are listening to guy with zero doubt then I will to. Those pro guys have multi million dollar contracts so there Carter's depend on listening to people who know what there really know what there doing. Those guys dropped 500$ each easily on goods. I'm not a pro but I do realize that to be at that level you have to invest in yourselves not just with food but with supplements. That's the part bo one likes to talk about, they tell you alll the basics but never the advice that will get you to the next level. Well Paris told me all the advice I needed to get to the next level by showing me the best of the best products. My custom stack. Thanks so much Paris. Your super cool and know I see why my friends didn't tell me about this place they didn't want me to get better results than them! And they pretended to have my best interest when they told me to eat chicken breast and potato's 6x a day lol what a joke. Thank you and the other guy who sent me here never going anywhere else.

I love coming here, I travel all the way from Lake Elsinore just for the customer service here. These guys are so knowledgeable and have so much care, it isn't like a typical supplement store. Since Covid happened, I gained a lot of weight, the quarantine 15 and one of the associates showed me the proper vitamins and supplements to take and I have already lost 8 pounds in one month! And I have tried everything, all kinds of diets but they haven't worked. I'm so grateful for this place and beyond blessed to have discovered this place. If you want results, and advice from real nutritionists, definitely go here. It's worth the drive for me.

Customer service was bad. Middle East guy not wearing his mask. Franchised location. Won't be back. For owning a place that is for health and wellness they don't care very much. I would suggest to go to a corporate location for better customer satisfaction.
