After shopping at this location since it opened in the Mid 90's I will not be back until they solve the parking issues here since Northgate market has opened. There is hardly any spots open ever now.....

The management the HD has no idea that they are there to serve the customers. I already know not to go there after dinner since they close down a number of the aisles since they are moving in product to restock the shelves. Don't try and get something from one of these aisles! The other day I was there in the middle of the morning. Once in a while they have to close down an aisle while someone is on a lift getting an item for a customer. We all understand that this happens. But.... it's ridiculous when they close down an isle in the tool section so someone can go up on the lift to do some administrative or inventory function with no urgency while customers are trying to get in the aisle to actually buy items they need to do their jobs. Pathetic.

My 97 year old mother and I were shopping for a new kitchen faucet. A wonderful HD employee, David, actually approached us and asked if we needed help. He was a Godsend! He was filled with so much knowledge, advice, suggestions, and took his time with us. He knew that department so well and showed us where some add-on items were. I can't tell you how much we appreciated David and his help with us today. Congrats HD for having such a wonderful employee!

Julie in the Nursery Department is amazing! Just giving her a shout out for telling me what was wrong with my orchid plant. I took it to Armstrong's, and they are good too, don't get me wrong, but they had no idea what the problem was. Julie at Home Depot took one look at it and knew exactly the problem. I highly recommend her. Been going to Home Depot for many years and have asked her advice on several occasions. She's always been spot on. Thank you, Julie!

Hats off to Home Depot for the kids building kits!!! Our grandchildren love coming and building and painting at Home Depot. Thank you! They actually make great toys which hold up over time and are treasured by my grandkids. The staff at Home Depot are very patient and kind! Huge props to everyone that provides for this p

Run as fast as you can away from this home depot . This has to be the worst custmer Services . Cashers and attendance are so rude disrespectful..

The customer service department is horrible. They would not let me return an item that I had picked up the same day at the Huntington Beach store with my receipt. I don't understand what the problem was David has to be the rudest and most inept employee !He continued to give me excuses and when I asked to speak with the manager in charge , he said there was no one. Maybe the manager needs to introduce himself to the customer service staff !!45 minutes I'll never get back.

I was shopping in the garden shop today. I had a cart full of soil, four big bags.I was trying to lift the cart over the hose that was across the aisle. Two male employees just walked right by me.After I checked out I headed to the parking lot where there was another hose in my way.As I started to lift the cart a young lady ( employee) started running toward me saying, " let me lift that cart for you!"Her name is Ali. She was very considerate and deserves a promotion and a raise! She gets a five-star review!

Needed to grab some peg board and only found one size. I came across Ezekiel in lumber and asked if there were other sizes. He not only showed me where it was but went and got me a cart to hold it, he took it over to the cutting area, cut it for me to just the size I needed. He was awesome. Very polite and helpful.

Simply writing this review due to the horrendous customer service I received. I believe her name is Karol in customer service. First hand me and another customer watched her put down a Hispanic worker for not having his receipt and she kept rubbing in that next time he doesn't have a receipt he won't be getting any money back. She continued to say this until he felt bad and his body language changed. I was nervous to be up next. Trying to return a Bosch Laser within my 2 year warranty I purchased at the time 6months ago. Karol said Home Depot doesn't even carry what I'm exchanging..... 1) why is she working the customer service at Home Depot when she has 0% knowledge what she's even saying. 2) The website is open on her computer and I see my exact laser on the website while she's telling her manager over the phone they don't even carry it... clueless. Move Karol to the back unloading boxes. The line is now out the door she is so petty and negative energy giving every customer the worst experience.

We have been using Home Depot for our home improvement project, random repairs around the house and all sort of other things for years. They're great, we love this store! They are amazing for order pick-ups, curbside delivery, returns, etc. however, we recently went to pick-up an online order at the MacArthur store in Santa Ana and had a not so great experience. We ordered several items, but refused the flooring we had ordered as we found we didn't need it. Returns are usually an easy process, but when we said we wanted to return the flooring the customer service rep started whispering to his co-worker. We could hear him saying something about a restocking fee. He then told us there is a 15% restocking fee if we didn't take the flooring. It didn't sound right, but we were in a hurry so we took the 26 boxes of flooring and loaded them in our truck. When we got home we unloaded 26 heavy boxes of flooring into the garage and I immediately called the store. Actually I called 2 stores and also talked to a live rep online. All agreed that there is no restocking fee as this wasn't a special order. It's flooring Home Depot sells in the store but we had ordered it online because the store was out of stock. I was really disappointed that we went to all the trouble to load it and unload it again only to find out the customer service rep was incorrect. The store offered to have it picked-up at our house so we don't have to lug it back to the store, which is helpful. Be careful when cancelling orders. There is no restocking fee on items that aren't special order so don't let an inexperienced Home Depot worker tell you there is. Other than that, this Home Depot rocks!
