I give 3 stars only because the employees are helpful and give great costumer service but their boss is horrible and yells at them making it uncomfortable for the costumers and does not honor there warranty it correctly. When i bought the warranty they let me know if i had a issue with either the controller or cable i can come in to switch it out and they wanted to charge me for a new one and the boss said he had to be here in order for me to switch it out then. There employees are great i feel bad for them cause there boss yells at them infront of the whole store.

Went in to return a new controller and they wouldn't let me because it was 'open' but not used. I bought it for $70 when i asked how much they would buy it for they said 10.50

Was not too happy that they wouldn't refund my item I bought online. I got couple of items online and the guy told me that in order to refund the item I would need to refund the entire thing. Makes absolutely no sense. They just didn't want to do the extra work to make the adjustments.

These guys are so helpful! Ima single mommy and not hype to the new video games so anytime my ten yr old can't figure it out, I bring him there and they help. I love coming here! They know there stuff!

This review is towards GameStop, not the staff I encountered.In short: BROKEN ITEM sold. Sold as new item. Refund request denied.Context: I bought a Star Wars waffle maker as a gift at a CLEARANCE price.When I went home and checked, the waffle handle was already broken.This store is one of the stores that denied my refund / exchange request out of their policies. The customer service online was very slow, and when they finally replied, they suggested me to go to a store and (attempt to) return it; they mentioned that they could not handle it online somehow.The price might be desirable, but only if the item is actually new and not broken. I do think that this is a rather unfair sale. I could have happily purchased another game or so if I were kindly issued in-store credit.

Great service. And very knowledgeable customer service associate. Shelves in the store were nearly maintained and everything was in Immaculate order. Even the Cosmetics of the outer building our also very well kept.

This is a great store. The employees that helped us out were super friendly and informative about the stores deals that were going on at the time. I bought 2 Nintendo switch game totes and with my savings and rewards got a really good price out the door. I'll be heading here for my next gaming purchase soon.
