I live in Texas and have never purchased anything from this store, however, I’m getting $0.01 charged to my banking account throughout the day, everyday. The charge is to Fresh So Coast Plaza…., what is going on?

I have spoken to the most knowledgeable, compassionate, professional, and nicest sweetest guy, his name is Christopher. I told him my concerns and he addressed my concerns and explained to me what to do and the best products to buy. I recommend him highly at Costa Mesa Fresh. I will continue buying from only him. He’s the best, Thank you, Christopher.

I have the most amazing shopping experience by phone in this store. Chester made everything possible. I was rushing to get gifts to send to my friends in my country. And Chester introduced me to fresh products. My first time shopping and I know it ALL. Now, I’m a Fresh user because of CHESTER. I shopped Thursday and I shopped again today. You can tell that I’m a happy Fresh Shopper!!!Thank you Chester!!!

I had THE MOST disappointing experience at this store. I purchased the Lotus cream online but had allergies on my face and wanted to return it. An Asian lady with glasses named Emily was behind the counter, didn't greet me, kept her head down looking at the computer, and said I could only exchange. I agreed to the exchange but wanted to try other products that were less likely to cause allergies. I showed her the online order email confirmation with the amount, then she wrote down my balance on a piece of paper. She didn't introduce any products, just asked what I wanted to exchange for. I had no idea what to do, so I just chose a popular product in the store, the Black Tea Overnight Mask. She then pointed at the shelf and said, "you can go grab it". It took me a while to find it among similar products on the shelf.
Then I said I wanted to buy some shower gel, asked about recommendations, but she still kept her head down, looked at the computer, only replied with rolling eyes, saying the shower gel was on the nearby shelf, so I can go grab it by myself. After searching for a long time, I only found trial sample shower gel and hand wash. I had to call her TWICE to tell her I couldn't find what I wanted. It's the only time she left the counter. Then she found the product I want in the lower cabinet. HOW CAN I GRAB THE PRODUCT MYSELF IF IT'S IN YOUR CABINET?!
During checkout, I asked if there was a birthday gift, as I saw it on the website. Emily, as usual, coldly replied with her poker face and rolling eyes, "We don't have birthday gifts." I pointed to the sign on the counter that said this sign shows there are birthday gifts. Until now, she started asking for my account info, said she couldn't find it. I logged into my account on my phone and showed it to her, but she kept saying she couldn't find it. Hello? Can you at least say something nice like happy birthday first? There were only me and my husband throughout the entire shopping process in the store, but Emily kept standing behind the counter ALL THE TIME with poker face, only when I repeatedly called her did she leave the counter. Is this Fresh's brand positioning? Like an open-shelf drug store? Go check your in-store footage to see how she arrogantly treated customers. Did she even smile when you interviewed her? Is this how you train employees to have a poker face and never leave the counter? I felt ignored and asked if she treated all customers this way. She "explained" she was checking my balance. Come on, you wrote down my account balance when I showed you my online confirmation email! I am so disappointed about the shopping experience. THANK YOU FOR RUINING MY BIRTHDAY!

Hiya Emily! Such a fun treat every time I receive a box from Fresh. There is something special about the packaging. I call it the "art of packaging". I had a long long day teaching my little students and I was soo excited to open my box. Love the Holiday Box! Sooo cute! Ty for helping me with my order & ty for the samples! I can't wait to try the Jasmine lily!

Very happy with my purchase! I purchased the Lotus Antioxidant Daily Moisturizer as a gift for my boyfriend's mom, and I was able to get 30% during their 30% bestsellers sale. The employee gift wrapped the item, and the packaging was so beautiful. I'm excited to gift the item.

I wanted to like this store but the two people working at the time seemed really judgmental and gave me bad vibes. I went back at least twice to buy stuff. But I still felt welcome and very uncomfortable. I felt like they were very pushy salespeople. I never went back to the store after that. I'd rather buy from Nordstroms or buy online!!

I usually shop fresh at Sephora, today I visited an actual store. I never been in one before they have MANY more items than Sephora, but the main reason for this review is for the sales employee who helped me. I came in at almost closing with my husband and the sales lady who helped us was Sara, she was so knowledgeable on the products, and really cared on what she was recommending for me. She even had my husband interested on the stories she would tell us about the ingredients and why they use them. She invited us to come in for a private event they were throwing that weekend. So sweet of her after only meeting us for the first time , we honestly didn't even expect to purchase today , but we spent $200+ it was a reFRESHing experience.

I came to FRESH yesterday to get a perfume that was out of stock online, I have no complains or concerns about the perfume that I bought, it was very nice, and it wasn’t the first time I buy from Fresh. But what made me uncomfortable was the salesgirl, her attitude was not fine, she just answered yes or no to me and did not explain anything else, she put my perfume in a brown paper bag, which is not how it was packed the last time I bought from Fresh. I also asked her can I customize my gift or do you guys wrap gifts, and she said “no” (and I know that fresh does complimentary gifting/gift wrapping).

Let's start off with the bitchy, shitty attitude that was served to me and my friend by the older Asian lady with glasses. When I asked her if I could exchange the items, she told me to go pick something out without offering the value of the items. I had to ask how much the soaps were. She responded very putout as if I was supposed to know. She priced them at $10.50 each. The entire time she and her other two associates just stood around talking instead of helping. My friend found out that the soaps were actually $15 each and when we inquired about the price difference- the other female associate said that the price given is the lowest price because there was a sale within the last 60days. What bothered us the most was how unprofessional these associates were and I would have spent more money but settled on paying only $15 difference which could've have been way more had they'd been nicer. I do not recommend anyone go to the stand alone store. If you really want the product- go to either Nordstrom or Sephora. You'll get better customer service for the same exact products.

Went in today for last minute Christmas gifts and found some great stuff. We were helped by Chester who was amazing and super helpful. He was very patient even when an awful monster of a customer was treating him so terribly but he handled it very professionally. Be nice to people! Especially during the holidays when it's so busy, It's not that hard. Anyway thank you again Chester for all your help!
