Very dissapointed at this people.I requested a quote and design (wood look alike vinyl wrap with gold letters) 3 weeks ago never got a call,email or a reponse. I called them several times to ask the status and they said they will call never did. Kept lying or forgetting. Very unprofessional.Bad customer service

Excellent shop and staff. I am from another shop and needed some vinyl and they were very welcoming and accommodating, really helped save my project. Their shop is extremely clean and organized, their staff greeted me and offered me water, and I felt very welcome. Really recommend the team at Focus.

Wonderful people, Wonderful service, Wonderful Pricing, The only sign folks that really care of all of them, that I called (5), they were the farthest away and the only ones that actually showed up. Old fashion service.Thank you John and Roman, you have a lifer in your midst now. :-)

Thanks John for your help with our hotel monument sign. It looks great! John and his crew installed a total of 6 faces onto our monument sign, replaced the lighting inside with LED lights, and he painted the boxes that hold the signs.John and his team worked with me to get the the perfect design image for our sign it was a smooth process.We had a few hiccups due to COVID-19 related install issues but that is nobody's fault. The quality of work done here is unparalleled. We had a number of our vehicles wrapped at other companies prior to finding this prestigious company, and none of them could even think about coming close to these folks. Everyone here is extremely knowledgeable and very very good at what they do and their prices are excellent. I highly recommend utilizing their services.

Loved the work. I got three signs done for my business location and I am super happy with the quality, service and overall experience. I did a outside sizing on the building, inside welcome sign and a wall graphic. Working with John he met me to see the place and give me some feedback and education to make my decision. Then we emailed him the logos and got the quote via email and approved it. Within a couple weeks his guys came for the install and get it done!! And that was that. I'd definitely recommend his company and work with him again.

John was very professional and always punctual. From the beginning, he provided a quote very quickly and guided me through the steps he would take to start and finish the job. One thing I really liked about his service was the proofs that he provided for each sign I needed him to create and install. It definitely made it easy to ask for any adjustments that I wanted since I could see what the vinyl print would look like before it was made installed. I would recommend Focus Signs & Graphics to anyone who is looking for a company that delivers quality work and is professional.

FIVE STAR RATING, excellent and professional service. Also, was the best price around BY FAR. They do not hassle and they do not bully. These guys are the best at what they do and they do it with courtesy. The entire process was simple. Other companies drilled and drilled me for more and more add ons to up the price and it really was a very tiresome process with other vendors. Focus Signs did not care! I sent what I wanted and they sent back a price, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Unfortunately I don't believe I'll be needing any more sign/decal work, but my hope is that others will ready my review and feel inspired to take the next step in their small business to reach out and get started on decals that will just blow the crowds away.
