My check engine light came on on my drive from LA back home to San Diego at around 6:45pm. This was the only place that answered my call so late, and they promised to stay open long enough for me to get there to make sure I was safe to drive home. Juan Gonzalez and his tech Andy were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and they stayed open after-hours just to make sure I was safe. They answered all the questions I had about my new van. I live in SD but will be returning here based purely on this experience. It’s hard to find help like this!

My wife purchased her vehicle 1 month ago & already had a serious transmission issue that needs repair. We're reasonable people, this isn't the reason for the low rating. Our experience with the tech service has been pretty bad. Poor communication and very poor quality of work. Her car is covered under warranty & I believe this is the reason they cut corners, they aren't making any money from her. They tried to return the vehicle to us without fixing the issue, the report said "slight improvement" and "this is normal". We've driven plenty C300s, rough shifting of the transmission is far from normal.
The sales service was excellent, they're very good at selling vehicles. When it comes to holding up their end of a warranty, they've been pretty terrible so far. Vehicle was given right back to them & the repair is still pending.

It’s horrible experience. My car can’t renew due to the recall certification. They fix the problem but give me the certificate isn’t accepted by DMV. The manager is horrible. Who can help me?

I have had the joy of working with Fletcher Jones Van Center for four years, and my experience today was five stars. Minh and Isaac provided an exceptional level of personalized service, professionalism and kindness! They were so kind, welcoming and efficient in assisting me, even on a busy day. I am grateful to have a service team that feels like family. Highly recommend this amazing team and center!

it's mind blowing how bad it is here versus other service centers, incomprehensibly lame. ming is a ding dong, emotionless uncaring paper pushing corporate slave. i've owned 15 Mercedes cars, two vans. This place is an utter embarrassment to Mercedes. The people you have working for you are like fast food workers. go to laguna, go to san diego, get treated like a human being. fletcher jones van center and its employees are mindless, not to mention deceitful.

Debbie Auman, Service Advisor and the FJ Sprinter team are fantastic! I had a 20K Full Service, tires and a wash. Extremely honorable and honest work befitting the Fletcher Jones name. It would be a huge move if they added repairs to RV portion in a Sprinter.

Our Service Associate MINH DINH was absolutely amazing. The customer service was some of the best in the biz. Our Winnebago REVEL 2500 4x4 was treated like a G wagon! Service was Fast (even with how busy they are) and they washed the inside and out beautifully! A+++ Thank you Again, Ragusa Family

My second time here I was treated like loyalty by Juan . The entire staff in fact is friendly and don’t try and up sell any unnecessary repairs . My van was returned washed and primed the very next day . I will definitely be coming here all the time , I strongly recommend this place . For all your sprinter needs .

It took me forever to write a review for my wonder team, Juan Gonzales (advisor), Gio Espinoza (foreman) and Joshep Mooney (technician). Thanks for helping me out so promptly and professionally!!I don’t like to travel far but I’ll surely come to Fletcher Jones for my grooming van.-Before Mercedes-Benz, I had Ford. It had a lot of issues, and I visited 4-5 dealers who ping ponged me around. People weren’t bad but it was meh-This is my only business van. If I make one day off = no income. If my van needs maintenance and needed to be stay there, I need exact date return. I understand it can be tricky but my schedule is hectic as well.Make up for one day off will reduce my day’s’ off. In fact, I’m always booked 7 days a week. With Ford, I had to reschedule my appointments few times because they didn’t give my van back on promised day. They wouldn’t even call me for update! I had to contact all my clients to reschedule. It was crazy.I changed my van to Mercedes. It was all smooth and great but got a problem. The dealer who built the van didn’t tighten up two things and that could have caused a huge problems.I went to dealers around me but they asked me to leave my van for few days just to get diagnosed. Impossible. I cant lose my business for what I have not done wrong.Anyway, I came all the way down here after call. WONDERFUL! Been to number of other dealers but this is the first place who handled the issue promptly and professionally! Kept promise. Well communicated as well !!
