My husband and I both have shopped here. The staff is just incredible. I walked in looking pretty rough, and they treated me like I had millions ready to spend. I purchased a shirt for my son and Clara held onto it for me until I could arrive. She had previously worked with my husband for his purchase of a bag and shawl for me. She is professional, and sweet, and goes out of her way to make it an easy and fun shopping experience. By the time I left, I had chatted with most of the staff and the manager, and I feel confident that this is the only Fendi I will want to drive seven hours to, to shop!

there’s some gay pos that helped me out a few days ago I believe his name was Richie, he was complaining that I took his time away because I didn’t buy a bag. Terrible treatment . Bad look for the store .

The launch of the Fendi Astrology collection has prompted an installation highlighting the original artistic creations of Karl Lagerfeld in a summer collection of handbags, shoes, and clothing. You can walk through the circular exhibit and make a video of yourself to share on social media, then visit the store located right behind the exhibition and enjoy the full collection. It is interesting to see even if you're not a fan of the Fendi brand.

omg! comming in here is dangerous!! I know a lot of the stores wont let u bring in drinks but they let me!! it was super nice of them. ha ha Clara was a rockstar. super sweet and personable.(i guess they have to be nice to make a sale right)? :) i literally wanted to buy one of everything!! deffinitely come in

I never wanted to go to the defending store in South Coast plaza in Costa mesa. I just had to go there because a friend of mine had a purse that the handle was broken and they wanted to see if they would fix. Not only they could not fix it they basically gave it back to us in a small bag that you would put your doggie bags from the restaurant. The staff were totally uninterested and they were not willing to help and as if we walked in there and we were in nuisance. So I don't think I would go back there again.

I visited the store on a Sunday before Christmas and was greeted by a Chinese sales (young, black long hair, pale skin), and she literally rolled her eye on me when I said I was just looking for a wallet. She showed us some wallets straight from the drawer (not even bringing them to the table) and said that's all they had, even though there were other wallets from the new collection showing in the nearby showcase. I requested to see the new ones and she did show it, but was acting super arrogant like not responding to our question, staring in the air and ignoring us. Even though I'm not buying bags doesn't mean you should have this kind of attitude. I'm not requesting lots of service from you either. I bought a black handle bag from Jeffery at a 'Fendi' store in Costa Mesa June, 11th, 2021. When I unpacked the parcel that arrived at 3:15 pm today(June,18) there were stains and scratches on the bottom of the bag. It doesn't look like a new bag when I first saw it, so I looked around and found a defective one. So I asked Jeffery for a refund, and they said they would exchange it for a new one, but I declined. Because I've already lost confidence in Jeffery. And he only said he could give me credit. So I have the right to receive a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase as this bag delivered to me is clearly defective. Also, he refused to give me returned label. Then I went to UPS payed 32.57$ and sent the bag to the Costa Massa 3333 Bristol St FENDI store at 05:54PM. I also added the signature of the recipient of the parcel. I long for Jeffery to give me a full refund.

I went to Fendi located in Costa Mesa and I have to say that everything is beautiful I also want to mention Mr Jeffrey that help my sister pick the perfect purse for her , Jeffrey is a very kind guy , very educated and full of knowledge on how to sell. My sister and I will definitely go back to Fendi .

I would highly recommend Cici as a sale rep at this Fendi store. She is so patience to answer all my questions and seem very knowledgeable of the items that she’s selling. More importantly, after couple days i bought a bag, I had to exchange it to a diff one. She was super nice, not much question ask, she immediately agreed to let me exchange my bad. Sure my bag is still in perfect condition by the way.So Cici is the best sale to me so far at this Fendi store.
