Wow, worst fedex I've ever been to. I couldn't imagine worse customer service. If you're unlucky enough to have to deal with the redhead(Chanel)...run! Better yet, just go somewhere else and save yourself the headache. Go to Irvine, those guys are awesome! Always helpful and at least act human! Lol...you've been warned!

Chanel, Leah, and the entire FEDEX team on duty, were so friendly and helpful, knowledgeable and responsive! I was in the store for over an hour and watched many customers come and go, all of which were treated with kindness and an authentic desire to provide a positive customer experience!

This was my first time using FedEx for printing services and I can honestly say that after my experience with Leah, I am a FedEx customer for life! She went above and beyond to make our day with a last minute request and I am forever grateful for her help in making the day! Ample parking and easy location to get to. No downsides!

Just walked out right now and had to take the time to say this fedex is fantastic. Jessika did a fantastic job. Although she had a mask on I could tell she had a smile on her face the whole time. Jessika was friendly, polite, and is a great example of what customer service should be. FedEx, Jessika just earned you a new repeat customer. Thanks Carlo

Beware of the rude manager and her new made up policies. Went to pick up a package I had held because it required a signature. I have been to this store and done this many times. Never had a problem. They asked for ID, I gave it to them. The ID and the package had the SAME NAME AND MY PICTURE IS ON MY DRIVERS LICENSE. I was told I could not pick up the package with out going home to get a piece of mail with my name and address on it. How stupid. Is my ID not good enough for them now days? Never received anything from FedEx stating this. Tried to save time bye holding it, but now it's an hour process to pick up a package with hour ID. REALLY????

The people working here could care less about helping out. I watched 4 employees with backs turned to the customer area for 10 minutes while people are struggling with their equipment including myself. And when you get their attention they are rude. I'd never go but in a pinch you need to make copies real quick so I guess we are all stuck with your terrible staff

Needed a prepaid label printed...guy knew I didn't have the documents yet, but let me give all the information..wait for it to print (another 8 minutes because their printer wasn't working) only to then tell me I couldn't get a pre printed label. Sorry, WHAT?! Why would you let me waste all the time? Backwards system.

Ive never written a bad review in my life but I feel I need to in order to warn and also get managements attention. Several weeks ago I brought in an incredibly rare vintage radio that was encased in beautiful wood. I intended to have them package it as I didn't trust I would do a good enough job to protect it. I handed the employee the unit (large and heavy) wrapped in bubble wrap. When he took it behind the desk to beginning prepping it he damaged the wood severely by removing the bubble wrap quickly. I understand mistakes happen, this was definitely a huge bummer but I wasn't upset until everyone in that store decided they wouldn't admit any fault. The employee said that yes he damaged it but as soon as store management came over they immediately said its not our issue, call claims. I couldn't believe they had nothing in place to help me, they basically just wanted me to walk out with my now, damaged, unit and deal with it. I own a small business, I lost the sale on this unit and now claims is saying that this location is taking no responsibly whatsoever and they won't cover any expenses to try and replace or fix it. I've never dealt with such horrible customer service in my life. Obviously they dont care if they lose me as a customer but maybe if others with nice things see this, they'll go somewhere else instead.

This place is always open when I need em. Bring your ID unless they’ve memorized your name (me). This place has it all. Paper. Printing. Computing. Even some toys. But all everyone comes here for is the front counter. Needs a bike rack closer to their door.

No clue what they are doing. My address didnt match the my ID so I was not able to pick up my package. Understandable. The rep and manager there redirected me to call customer service to have my package released. That was false. The customer service does not do that. I wasted time calling FedEx customer service for no reason but to get more upset..
