Very rude worst customer service on the phone and in person. I won’t do any business with them.
Brandon A Laws was the only one who came in the office and saved the day after everyone else was not interested in helping me.Thank you Brandon I really appreciate all your help.

Bro literally can't find the front office he was parked in front of to deliver my package. I saw him dip without leaving a note. I was walking my dog ?

Lack of customer service and communication. Their team did not deliver package and asked me to go pick up by Wednesday, and when I arrived they mentioned I should have been there until 4pm! Which never been mentioned during their call.Package been returned and they take no responsibility for it.

Staff not very friendly. They also don't accept certain things like cable/satellite equipment return. Harbor Blvd location is much better.
