Horrible customer service. The employees will ignore you for 5-10 minutes while they (what I can only assume) mentally prepare to help you- and then they are chippy about it. We were the only people in the store and they treated us like we were a burden. Will not be coming back.

Thanks to the team today for their excellent service! I normally get packages delivered to my house, but had to hold it at a FedEx Office location because I was out of town. I came to pick it up today and was nervous because it was a large (120 lb) package and was only 90% sure it would fit. Not only was pickup quick and seamless, one of the team members was gracious enough to wheel it out and get it into my car. Five stars!

Horrible customer service!Not helpful and rude. I'll be using a different location from now on..The 2 employees working in this store need to be fired. Find a new staff, these people have no business working in retail dealing with the general public. FedEx is at fault for not firing these 2 people sooner. It does appear many of the positive reviews on this store were left by the employees attempting to cover up the negative reviews; and the vast majority of the reviews are very negative.

If you need a passport photo for a child, this is not the place to obtain one. Apparently company policy says no kids unless they can stand still so they tried. But boy did they fail. The white background necessitated a chair and either my toddler stand looking like why is this happening or a booster. The guidelines they present as being government guidelines aren't. They're FedEx guidelines for their employees who might have been lucky enough to graduate from high school at best. A 2 second search of the state department website shows they're wrong. Half the pictures that they took would've worked but the employee said none of them will work. The vast difference in pics allowed for babies/kids is so far from what adults are allowed. She ended up raising her voice at me which set my son off in tears. He's not yet 2 and was screaming crying because of the employee. I won't be back for anything after this experience. I ended up going elsewhere for his passport photos and had 6 solid choices to choose from. So skip this location instead.

I had 2 packages to ship with pre-paid labels. I was in the area, so I stopped and dropped off my packages. Walked in and the FedEx center was larger than I expected. There were a lot of people working this location too, which was surprising because my usual location only has about 2-3 people working at a time. There was no line and I just dropped off my packages, with no questions asked - no complaints about the boxes or labels used. Excellent service - 5 stars!

Great service from Bernice. She was so professional, kind, FAST and helpful in the printing / laminating department. She really found a solution to my questions and needs. She is terrific. Will ask for her again on my next visit. All came out perfect thanks to her.
