Tracy is argumentative & like a drill Sargent. No customer service etiquette. The only other person that's good is a very nice red headed guy. Sorry I didn't get his name.

I ordered a set of 250 business cards and luckily the Newport store was available to print my order. I received it faster than expected so thank you to the 0303! #fedexgang

Horrible customer service. The employees will ignore you for 5-10 minutes while they (what I can only assume) mentally prepare to help you- and then they are chippy about it. We were the only people in the store and they treated us like we were a burden. Will not be coming back.
