These folks really know their stuff! The manufacturer had my car twice in 3 weeks for the same issue, and when it broke again a month later I gave EVFixMe a try. Very responsive with good communications - and they solved my issue in an hour! Highly recommended

EVFixMe is a great alternative to Tesla service. Tony and his crew are knowledgeable on all aspects of the EV and work hard to meet all expectations. Nothing but good things to say!2013 Tesla Model S85Dan Bateman

These guys are awesome. My door latch got stuck and I could not close the door. I called Tony and he helped me release the latch with some simple instruction over the phone. Where do you get help like that these days? Life saver - helped me avoid a ton of angst. Thx a lot Tony and EVFixme!!

Really tried to give this shop a chance. Tony is very nice and is really trying to give good service, but the lack of attention to detail was extremely frustrating. Between time lost and lack of quality control, this shop gave us a difficult experience. The first time we visited, we had camber arms and lowering links installed along with an alignment. A part was left loose after the parts were installed which caused a loud clunking sound to be heard from the front end. Tony said the sound was most likely an issue that was there from the day we took delivery and in turn I had to take the car in to the Tesla service center. This turned out not to be the case and it was found to be from the installation of the camber arms and links. I believe the service center adjusted this issue, but I cannot recall. Our second visit was to readjust the alignment as this was not done correctly during the first visit. Unfortunately, the alignment was done through an outsourced shop down the street. Alignments can be very tricky on Teslas and having it done right can be very hard to find. Tony assured us that the car was ready to be picked up and he personally drove the car to check the alignment. When we came to pick up the car, he said the alignment was still off and the alignment would need to be done a THIRD time. Tony ended up giving us a refund for the alignment, which was very much appreciated. The process was overall an unnecessary hassle for us and unfortunately I cannot confidently recommend this shop. We had much better luck driving the extra distance to Unplugged Performance in Hawthorne. They were able to successfully perform a thorough alignment and correct any mistakes done at this shop. Unplugged was also able to do it in a timely manner and we were able to pick up the car by the end of the day. Car was charged and ready for pickup as promised.

Horrible service. Brought in my Tesla S for repair on door handles and ended up repairing two front windows as well. Worked with Tony (the owner?) the entire time. Tony has terrible customer service but it seemed like a place worth trying out due to other Yelp reviews. After a few months, door started making noise and windows doesn't close properly. I took it back under warranty. Tony scheduled us for 9am on Wednesday morning. Once shown up, Tony does not remember who I was and why I brought the car in at the scheduled 9am time. He nevertheless repaired the door issues and looked into the windows issues. After about 2 hour wait, and was told that windows regulator motors needs to be replaced again (under warranty), but to bring it back on Monday at 10am. Today is Monday and I brought my Tesla in at 10am. Tony again does not remember why I brought my car in. He once again had me fill out a new customer form. Upon looking at the windows he said my front two windows are working fine and not need any repairs. However, he said the BACK two windows now needs to be repaired. At this point I am livid. How can he not remember what our appointment was about and I just wasted about an hour to drive down to his shop. I also scheduled my wife to drive down to pick me up and have lunch. Luckily I called her just in time to not come out. It also felt like a bait and switch. At that point I told him to put everything back and not to touch my car. I would rather pay more and have Tesla do it right. If time is valuable to you and honesty and customer service is important, I would not recommend that you work with them.

They need to learn how to drive before doing any actual work, i had to slam on my brakes on my motorcycle and almost rear ended one of your drivers that made a illegal turn on red. You as a business need to talk to the drivers and work with them about proper driving safety. If i wasnt as experienced of a rider as i am i wouldve lost my life today due to one of your drivers.

I bought an airbag suspension kit for my tesla model y through EVFixMe.They installed it for me and gave me a good deal. The airbag broke 2 years later. I contacted them and they reached out to Airlift Performance to ask for a replacement. They took care of the Warrenty for me. Peace of Mind! . I highly recommend EVFixMe for any of your EV needs!!

Tony is awesome and knows his stuff. I originally had seen him for an issue with the half shafts in my Tesla X making noise. I was just out of warranty by 100 miles, and he suggested speaking to Tesla about it. Of course, calling Tesla is worthless however the service center managed to get it done for a few hundred dollars taking into account that I had complained about the issue before. This was better than the almost $2K that Tesla originally quoted. -- Thank you Tony for the guidance...Fast forward to last week, when my Tires with only 18K wore out on the inside. I recalled that Tony stated that they were able to get rid of the aggressive Tesla Camber angle to fix this. So getting some details, they replace a few parts with aftermarket from N2itive. The price was a bit much, but after following up on a few reviews from others, I opted to do it. Turns out the price actually was more than fair. Its not that my car was broken, rather Tesla's design is flawed and Model X notoriously wears on the inside. Most people think they still have lots of rubber till the look at the tires from under the front or back of the car. My hope is that my tires last a bit longer, and if the car is not wrecking the tires, perhaps a bit better battery range. Again, I would not have known the about this option, if Tony was not so social to personally speak with me when I had my original problem.Tony took in my car mid-day on Friday and had it ready the next day.Again Thank you Tony.So much better service than Tesla...Seems to really care about his customers. While there, another customer brought in a brand new Plaid Model S and as getting carbon fiber brakes and some suspension enhancements. Yep, this is the place to go.Just a heads up, Tony's shop is what I would call a "user-friendly environment". He has little staff and focuses much more on his customers than on organizing his shop. It looks a bit random, but rest assured, they are solid. It may take a few minutes to answer the phone as they are short of qualified workers, but they do call back and they are on top of things.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

*Correction* Below is what I said but like I mentioned below, this was based on their initial responsiveness *but* have to take it all back because after multiple emails asking for their help, getting ghosted so nothing really, except my wasted time and the feeling as if I am now begging a company to take my money. All i was asking for was some help? I might be better off spending way too much $ but at least get it done with either Tesla directly or will continue to find another option. I will be more careful about posting next time. I apologize to anyone if I gave you bad advice. I also challe ge you to read the other reviews and you will see, like my experience, they do this time and time again. Guess you get what to pay for after all. Nothing.***RETACTING THIS COMMENT***This is based solely on responsiveness and willingness to understand what my needs are. I have not yet had my car repaired but after speaking to them I feel very confident the costs are competitive and they are very knowledgeable with all makes and models.

Fixed the door handle for me cheaper than Tesla. Fixed the door window piece and made it stronger. Looked over items and gave honest opinions. Recommend
