Got into an accident and looked them up on Google decided to take my car into them and get an estimate. They were very helpful attentive, and considered of my needs. I was nervous to leave my car there at first but Ed and Neda reassured me everything would be okay. I am very pleased with the condition of this facility as well as the customer service. Not to mention they are great with communication. They really are a1 for me. I rate them a full 5 stars! My car was deemed a total loss after they went to bat for me and my vehicle. Now I'm In a beautiful new car. I highly recommend this business.....

My Mercedes got into a big accident and it was very important that the repairs be done correctly, by a reputable shop, and in a timely manner. 10 years ago I automatically took another Mercedes with similar damages straight to the dealership but they ended up gauging my insurance and it took 2 months to get my car back. I asked around this time and I called the different shops I was referred to so I could get a better feel over the phone. When I spoke with Ed at Euro American Collision Center, that was it, I got a really good feeling. I met with Ed and after seeing the shop and being explained the step by step process of repairing my car, I became confident to leave it there. The follow through was exceptional and will confidently recommend them.

Just picked up my 2014 Silverado from Euro American Body Shop after having extensive paint work completed and was extremely pleased with the total process from start to finish! From the very minute I dropped off my vehicle Dennis and Ed made me feel completely at ease and I felt very confident that I was going to get a top notch repair. The paint was perfectly matched and the vehicle was completely detailed and cleaned up. The clear coat had absolutely no flaws and has a beautiful mirror finish. I was kept well informed of the progress throughout. I highly recommend Euro American Body Shop to all customers in need of repairs. Thanks Dennis and Ed for a great visit!

Wonderful experience! A world-class family business that treated me like family. The owner, Ed Alikhani, was professional, knowledgeable, and best of all kind. My Connell Chevrolet service advisor recommended to have my 2018 Silverado HD hood repaired at Euro American. Neda Alikhani, production manager, shared their shop does all of Connell Chevrolet's auto body work.The decision to repair the hood as opposed to replacing it with a new one saved me $1300. Ed suggested we repair the existing hood. Thank you, Ed! The repair took less than a week. I am a fan of Euro American Collision Centers' amazing quality work, the owners, and their employees. We are super thankful for Euro American Collision Center! I had bumped our trash can (leaving a nice little dent and scratching of the paint). Ed and his daughter, Neda, are gifts from the GOOD LORD! We were referred to them by GMC Costa Mesa for a job well done! They give the best price and do the best work! They go above and beyond to ensure the highest quality work. I'm having to bring them my vehicle a 5th time for a bumper repair on my brand new Tahoe that had damage caused by Simpson Chevrolet and never before in an accident. The reason for so many times is because the 1st time(after supposed first repair) they oversprayed and left visibly noticable bumps and runs. The 2nd time they were supposed to fix that but, instead caused more damage and left highly visible sanding scratches and still didn't correct the bumps on the left side, the 3rd time they were supposed to fix the sanding they caused and remove the bumps that are still visible with white dots, which it appeared they did but, after a few days it became apparent that they caused new damage on the bumper. Which was now sanding marks on the left side instead of the right and those sanding marks reached up to the metal panel above it that had no damage and now has those marks. Plus they only sanded the white dots and when it was blown on with ny breath the dust that covered the dots from the sanding came off and re-exposed them. I do not know if Ed doesn't care or what but, this just doesn't make any sense. And if they don't like me pointing out what's wrong they should fix it!Service: Painting

One star for this Bodyshop is more than what I would really give this place. The newer owner Ed puts up a good front but don't let that fool you. He will tell you that your car will never good as new. Considering frame and parts are newly replaced. August 2022 I was hit not even a bad crash more like rolled into me type of hit but bad enough to entitle frame damage as I was hit in just the right spot. CM Cadillac dealership recommended this Bodyshop from an earlier accident from a construction site, accidentally damaging the passenger lower door from a wheelbarrow being pushed over. That was a different owner John as Dennis who still worked there at the time of this visit too. He tried his best to take care of what he was able to do as Ed couldn't have cared pawning me off to the dealership from the embarrassment and incompetence he stands for. PLEASE, save the headache, YOU DO NOT WANT TO GO HERE. I'd stay far away from this joker (ED) at EURO/AMER BODY SHOP. Ed seemed receptive at first, until he saw and realized the added appalling damage his shop had done. As later he became brave with arrogance speaking down to me as a woman who called BS on him, then he became irritated because my truck had problems he couldn't and didn't want to handle after returning the vehicle to them 3 times. That was not my fault! (Ed) Has no intentions to follow through on what would be the right thing to do, nor will he offer to help with compensation of any kind, a loaner car would been the least he could've done. Then adding insult to their damage on top of the accident, he took responsibility he said and admitted they had made a mess of problems and they will fix my truck, and NOT TO WORRY.... I can tell you now, the reason, why, they are not approved with USAA and other Insurance Companies. As I found out the hard way. I trusted my servicing dealership advisors at Cadillac because they sent all their vehicles with body repair work there. Not knowing there were internal office problems happening short staff people left meanwhile no-one is telling the client ME anything other than they were waiting of parts to arrive. My new 2020 Escalade was inspected had a checklist of items including replacing the frame, as well as a New Wheel, New Tire, and all that not so fun stuff that comes with suspension after you take it apart. This accident happened not by my fault whatsoever. Being hit by a drunk driver who was arrested on scene. He had hit my driver door right at the point of the driver door and the fender meet. Just hard enough that bent the frame. After a month I would call and not hear back and then another 2 weeks I called and get a story that they are still waiting on parts, since they just found other damage in the suspension. It was only when I reached out to them that I would get an update on anything happening and even then, it was not the full truth. By the beginning of November, I was told it was going to be ready before thanksgiving hopefully, then 3 days before I called again, and they said that they were just starting to put it all back together.......My truck was finally returned AFTER Thanksgiving to come and find out the next Dayton see such HORROR. My husband had picked it up late that evening and as it was already dark out at that time. My accident in the Escalade had more damage when returned than it did going into the shop The paint, the body work not to mention added undercarriage suspension oversights lead to more problems because Ed does not know how to run a bodyshop clearly. The gash in rear bumper, the driver's door now has a blown door tweeter speaker, OVERSPRAY all over the engine and truck even paint on my leather steering wheel. My documented photos attached will show you the TAPE MARKS from paint. The "new hood" was bowed not lined up, they kept the old bumper without even putting the safety hard foam insulation behind it from keeping it being flimsy, the headlights were not lined up even, lower parking and driving lights had missing out bulbs. I purchased a new 2023 Chevy Colorado ZR2 from Simpson Chevrolet in Irvine. When I went to pick it, I noticed a paint defect from the factory on the right rear door. Since this was a warranty issue, I reported it immediately to the service manager. Luckily Ed from Euro America was at the dealership and looked at the defect and assured me it could be fixed in about 4 days. I scheduled the appointment for a Monday and Ed contacted me and said he already picked up the truck and would have it back by the end of the week. Just 2 and a half days later I got a call from the dealer that the truck was ready for pick up. The repair was perfect and I was amazed at the great service. Thanks Ed.
