Today they are one of a very few still providing electronic tools, parts, equipment covering both the past technology and the current new technology. Great people and knowledge staff. I will say their original location was much larger than the new facility. However, Very few of these types of electronics supply operations are around any more! “This is one of the best BestBuys still around. There is always an employee to greet you at the door and assist you to the right direction for whatever you are looking for. Items are always in stock as well. They also have a great selection on plush dolls/squishmallows. Shout out to the sales rep in the exotic area of tvs and stereos. Took the time to talk to us even though everything in that room was out of our price range. Even had the time to show us that massive and beautiful samsung tv. I forgot my BB credit card however, the gentleman at the cashier was able to look up my account and charge me for my item. Highly recommend this gem!”

“Would be 5 stars except for the short angry bald guy ,during the day shift that physically threatens peopleSituation is that i walked out the store with an exchange for the fountain drink i bought that tasted like soda water , tried three diff drinks all the same result , told the bald guy and he called me lier etc which resulted in me asking to exchange for a bottled drink , he refused so i took one anyways and he followed me out to my car and started calling me names , physically threatened me and told me hed get me back if i ever came in again ...Which i will because other than him ...I love this store . The owner and other employees are awesome, store is always open and clean.”

“The night before Christmas Eve we were trying to pick up our order plus purchase some last minute Christmas presents. Andy the cashier told us he was new, and was just trained on the cash register. We had some technical difficulties , but Andy was so patient and customer service oriented despite it being past midnight. It's service like that right before the holidays that make your last minute Christmas shopping that much more pleasant. Andy was very professional, helpful, and kind. We just wanted to give him some recognition”

I decided there wasn't any coffee that appealed to me and was heading out of the store when the cashier offered to make fresh coffee of my choice. “I just want to take the time and share my experience I had at the Apple Store that is in south coast plaza. From the moment I walked in I was attended to which I find wonderful. I was early for my appointment and an associate was able to change my appointment to an earlier appointment . I didn’t have to wait long at all . Ivan was the associate that helped me . “I brought a cup of ramen in and asked if I could use the hot water and was told that It was not available. After some questions I was then informed that I was not allowed to use the hot water because the clerk didn't feel like letting me use it. I even offered to pay for the water but again I was told no, that there was no price i could pay for hot water. ?”
“This location is literally a breath of fresh air not only do they order the cigarettes I like here for me cuz they don't really carry them much places anymore but they are some of the friendliest attendance at any 7-Eleven location”
